9D Breathwork Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in the 9D Breathwork Affiliate Program (hereafter referred to as "Program"). By joining the Program, you (hereafter referred to as "Affiliate") agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
1. Enrollment in the Program
To join the Program, you must submit an application through our affiliate portal. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. If your application is approved, you will be granted access to your unique affiliate link and marketing materials.
2. Commissions
2.1 Commission Rate
Affiliates will earn a commission of 25% on every sale made through their unique affiliate link. Sales must be completed and paid in full to qualify for commission.
2.2 Cookie Duration
The Program uses a 90-day cookie window. Affiliates will receive credit for any purchase made by a customer who has clicked their affiliate link within 90 days of the initial click.
2.3 Payment Schedule
Commissions are paid out monthly for the previous month's sales. The minimum payout threshold is $50. If the Affiliate's commissions do not meet the threshold, the earnings will roll over to the following month until the threshold is met.
2.4 Payment Method
Affiliate payments will be made via Paypal, or bank account. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
2.5 Refunds and Chargebacks
If a customer cancels their order or requests a refund, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the Affiliate's earnings. In cases of chargebacks or fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to withhold commissions.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
3.1 Marketing Practices
Affiliates may promote 9D Breathwork through approved marketing methods. Affiliates may not engage in unethical marketing practices, including, but not limited to, spamming, false advertising, or misleading representations of our product.
3.2 Coupon Codes
Affiliates will be provided with unique coupon codes to offer discounts to their audience. These codes must not be misused or distributed in any way that violates the spirit of the Program.
3.3 Compliance with Laws
Affiliates agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection, privacy laws, and advertising standards. Failure to comply may result in termination from the Program.
3.4 Affiliate Link Usage
Affiliates must only use the provided affiliate links for promoting 9D Breathwork. Affiliates may not modify, mask, or alter the link in any way. Any sales made without proper tracking through the link will not be eligible for commissions.
4. Termination
4.1 Termination by 9D Breathwork
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your affiliate dashboard, and any pending commissions may be forfeited.
4.2 Termination by Affiliate
Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by providing written notice to 9D Breathwork. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions owed to the Affiliate will be paid out according to the regular payment schedule.
5. Intellectual Property
All marketing materials, trademarks, logos, and content provided to the Affiliate remain the sole property of 9D Breathwork. Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting 9D Breathwork. Affiliates may not use any intellectual property in a way that harms or dilutes the brand.
6. Confidentiality
Affiliates agree to keep all Program-related information, including commission rates, marketing strategies, and performance data, confidential. This information is not to be shared with third parties without written consent from 9D Breathwork.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
7.1 No Warranties
The Program and all related materials are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
9D Breathwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Affiliate's participation in the Program.
8. Changes to the Terms
9D Breathwork reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes the Affiliate's acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
