Silver Paw

1. Program Overview

Silver Paw’s affiliate program rewards partners who promote our premium pet apparel and accessories through Awin’s platform. By joining, you agree to promote Silver Paw products ethically and in accordance with these terms.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a commission on net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns) generated through valid tracked links.

Commission rates and cookie duration are specified within the Awin interface and may vary by campaign.

Silver Paw reserves the right to modify commission rates with prior notice via Awin.

3. Attribution & Tracking

Tracking is managed through the Awin network.

Only sales properly tracked through Awin’s system will be eligible for commission.

If a transaction is canceled, refunded, or identified as fraudulent, the associated commission will be reversed.

4. Marketing & Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates may promote Silver Paw using approved creatives, links, and product information provided via Awin.
Prohibited activities include:

Misleading or deceptive advertising.

Use of unauthorized coupons, discounts, or false pricing claims.

Bidding on “Silver Paw” or close variants in paid search campaigns without prior written consent.

Direct linking from paid ads to Silver Paw’s website.

Posting on inappropriate, offensive, or adult-themed sites.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand assets (logos, images, copy, etc.) remain the exclusive property of Silver Paw. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use them solely for promotional purposes within the Awin network.

6. Termination

Silver Paw reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in the program at any time for:

Breach of these terms.

Fraudulent or unethical activity.

Misrepresentation of the Silver Paw brand.

Affiliates may also terminate participation at any time via their Awin dashboard.

7. Payment

Payments are processed by Awin in accordance with their standard payout schedule once commissions have been approved.

8. Liability & Indemnity

Silver Paw shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silver Paw from any claims or losses resulting from misuse of program materials or breach of these terms.

9. Modification of Terms

Silver Paw may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after notification of such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
