This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Jovy Cosmetics (“Jovy”), and you as an Affiliate (“Affiliate”) utilizing the AWIN service ("the Service").
You must agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to participate. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and using the Service as an Affiliate. By signing up, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
EMAIL CONTACT
We reserve the right to send e-mail to you for the purposes of informing you of applicable changes or additions to the Service or related products and services.
CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time and may add to, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
ACTIVITIES
1. Pay Per Click search activity
Affiliates ARE NOT PERMITTED to carry out any PPC search activity sending traffic to jovyco.com directly. Affilliates are not permitted to bid on the Jovy brand name, use any misspelling or variation of the brand, or at any time be seen bidding against Jovy’s Search Engine Marketing activity.
Affiliates must not send traffic through automatic redirects on a website page.
Affiliates generating traffic to their own sites must also abide by the following rules.
i. You may not use our trademarked terms in your ad title, ad copy, display name or as the display url (e.g. www.affiliate.com/jovy or www.jovy.affiliate.com)
ii. You may not bid on any of our trademarked terms, including any variations or misspellings thereof for search or content based campaigns on Google, Yahoo, Bing, or any other network.
You may not use our trademark terms in sequence with any other keyword (e.g. jovyco.com Coupons).
iii. Showing advertisements on competitors’ brands is NOT ALLOWED.
2. Advertising as Jovy
Affiliates are not allowed to do any form of advertising as the Jovy brand.
3. Discount code / voucher code websites
Affiliates must not display made up / invented discount codes on their site(s) or display discount codes that were intended for use in other channels or for other online publishers. Affiliates may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are distributed by Jovy. Any sales registered through other coupon codes will not be considered as valid and will be canceled.
4. Email Marketing
All email marketing must be signed off by Jovy. E-mail must be sent on your behalf and must not imply that the e-mail is being sent on behalf of Jovy.
5. Creative
Affiliates may not alter any of the creative made available to them.
6. Domains
Affiliates are not allowed to buy, register or create domains or subdomains which may mislead users to believe that such site is the Jovy brand website. Use of any of our copyrighted & trademarked terms as part of the domain or sub-domain for your website is strictly prohibited (e.g. www.jovy-coupons.com)
7. Social Media
Affiliates are not allowed to supplant by any means Jovy's identity on social media. Affiliate must be easily identified by users in any promotion in social media.
