This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Serverbyt by Hostkicker, and you as an Affiliate (“Affiliate”) utilizing the AWIN service ("the Service").
You must agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to participate. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and using the Service as an Affiliate. By signing up, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions. If you do not accept this Agreement, do not use the Affiliate Window Service as an Affiliate.
The following agreement is summarized as follows:
- You place our banners anywhere on your site as you see fit, or within non-spam emails.
- Affiliates MUST NOT register/buy or use domains that users may believe are part of Serverbyt or Hostkicker.
- Affiliates may not create websites that may impersonate the Serverbyt or Hostkicker website.
- Adult, Hate, or other related sites are not allowed. You cannot link directly to the Serverbyt or Hostkicker. sites outside of the Affiliate Window platform.
- Any page containing our links, banners, or codes must be written in English.
- You may place banners or links within your newsletters, in the content of your website, or within another web-related content.
- Affiliates also must not send traffic through automatic redirects on a website page.
- Affiliates are not permitted to promote the merchant through any toolbar unless they have direct authorization from the merchant.
- Affiliates are not allowed to use Pop Ups, Pop- Unders, or any other format that is deemed intrusive or use any other cookie stuffing techniques that may force the cookie in the user's browser.
- Cookie stuffing, pop-ups, and false or misleading links are strictly prohibited. In addition, you will not attempt to mask the referring URL information (i.e., the page from where the click is originating). Using redirects to bounce a click off of a domain where the click did not originate in order to give the appearance that it came from that domain is expressly prohibited and is a direct violation of the program. This does not include using "out" redirects from the same domain where the affiliate link is placed.

You hereby agree that your Website will not in any way copy, resemble, or mirror the look and feel of our Website. You will also not use any means to create the impression that your website is our website or any part of our website including, without limitation, framing of our website in any manner.
ADVERTISING & PUBLICITY
You shall not create, publish, distribute, or permit any written material that makes reference to our Program without first submitting such material to us and receiving our prior written consent. If you intend to promote our Program via e-mail campaigns, you must adhere to the following:
- E-mail must be sent on your behalf and must not imply that the e-mail is being sent on behalf of Hostkicker.com.
PRIVACY POLICY
Serverbyt respects the privacy of its users and will not disclose personal information to third parties without the express permission of you and Your Company.
