Domains
Affiliates must not purchase or own any domains or sub-domains with ‘Insynergy Labs’ or any variations including misspellings in the name.
Affiliates can use correctly spelt brand terms after the domain of their website’s URL. For example, http://www.example.com/insynergylabs
Keywords/PPC
Affiliates must not bid on any brand terms related to Insynergy Labs.
Commissions will not be paid where affiliates have promoted Insynergy Labs through paid search activity without prior approval from the brand.
Social Media
Affiliates must not create any social media accounts with Insynergy Labs branding unless permission has been received.
Affiliates must not advertise/post/comment on Insynergy Labs content in an attempt to drive traffic to their own referral link. Doing so will be in breach of terms and conditions and may lead to the affiliate being suspended and all commissions put on hold.
Discounts
Affiliates must only use discount codes provided through the programme or if they have been received from a member of the team.
Insynergy Labs reserves the right to withhold payment of commission if unauthorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.
Branding
Affiliates must use the correct spelling of ‘Insynergy Labs’ in all communications.
Affiliates must not alter any creative/advertising materials sent from Insynergy Labs unless approval from a team member has been received.
Other important information
Insynergy Labs de-duplication policy means that commissions are awarded on a last-click basis.
Insynergy Labs reserves the right to withhold commission payments to any affiliate found to be in breach of these terms.
