Program Terms
General
- 1. In order to join Seeking Alpha’s Affiliate and Partnership Program, you are required to sign a definitive agreement directly with Seeking Alpha before you begin promoting any of Seeking Alpha’s products. Your affiliate link will not be activated and any promotion will not be permitted until such an agreement is signed.
2. Both parties may terminate the agreement for any reason upon certain prior written notice to the other party, as indicated in your agreement with Seeking Alpha. Either party may terminate the agreement immediately in case of a material breach or if the other party is in the process of or declared insolvent or bankrupt.
3. You will be required to adhere to and comply with all the policies of Seeking Alpha as amended from time to time, including without limitation, compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and all relevant disciplinary regulations, rules, policies, procedures and objectives, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules and regulations regarding endorsements and guidelines for influencers.
4. Any posts, reviews or any other advertising content that do not comply with applicable laws and regulations (including the FTC guidelines), or do not accurately describe Seeking Alpha’s business and/or products or the terms of its services or otherwise include misleading content, will be considered a material breach of the agreement and result in immediate termination by Seeking Alpha.
5. You should describe all the products and their features in an accurate, factual way, without including any statements or information that is, or may be deemed as, misleading.
6. In consideration for your affiliate services, you will be entitled for a commission based on your performance, as detailed in the agreement which you will sign with Seeking Alpha.
7. Seeking Alpha uses cookies to track your referrals which last for 30 days after the first click on your link to Seeking Alpha.
8. All documents, records and files, in any media of whatever kind and description, relating to the business of Seeking Alpha or any of its affiliates that were provided by Seeking Alpha or taken from its website at https://seekingalpha.com/ and any copies, in whole or in part, will be the sole and exclusive property of Seeking Alpha.
