The correct brand name is myBrainCo®. Affiliates must not use “my Brain Co,” “mybraincoo,” or any other variation, misspelling, or derivative when referring to the brand.
Affiliates may not use the myBrainCo® brand name, product names, or trademarks in domain names, subdomains, social handles, or masked URLs.
Affiliates may not build “doorway pages” or use cloaking techniques designed to manipulate search engines around myBrainCo® brand terms.
Affiliate sites must allow normal navigation (e.g. browser back button must function). Masked or forced redirects are prohibited.
Affiliates must not engage in activities that contravene any law or regulation governing advertising, including false, deceptive, or misleading claims.
The myBrainCo® Group is the exclusive licensee of the myBrainCo® trademark. All brand assets, logos, copy, imagery, and product descriptions are protected by trademark and copyright law. Affiliates must not copy or alter these without prior written approval.
Pre-order sales will only be validated once the order is dispatched to the customer. Cancelled or refunded orders will not qualify for commission.
Fraudulent, self-generated, or employee orders are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
Affiliates must not use the myBrainCo® brand or product names in paid search advertising, shopping ads, or PPC campaigns, including misspellings and brand+discount combinations (see PPC policy).
