Affiliate websites may not create the impression that the website is Book By You’s website or that the affiliate website is affiliated with or related to the websites or blogs of Book By You’s authors, books or products and/or services.
* Affiliates may not create the impression that Book By You or any of its brands and trademarks has officially endorsed the affiliate website or the materials (text, graphics, etc.) , other than stating that they are an affiliate of Book By You as defined in their agreement with Book By You and the AWIN agreement.
* If an affiliate is found violating any of the above terms and conditions, the affiliate will receive a warning and be asked to meet the above terms and conditions in a reasonable period of time, not to exceed 5 business days.
