GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We are thrilled to welcome partners who share our values and passion for sustainable beauty to join the Eco Skincare Affiliate Programme. To ensure a successful partnership, we ask all affiliates to comply with the following terms:
APPROVAL PROCESS
To join our programme, your website must first be reviewed and approved by us. We seek partners whose content and values align with our mission. We reserve the right to decline applications or discontinue any partnership at any time if we feel it does not meet our standards.
Please note – this programme operates with a 7-day closure notice period.
CREATIVES AND LINK USE
Once you’re approved, you’ll receive a unique code to create links from your site to ours, using a variety of options—banners, text links, individual product links, search boxes, and storefronts. Use your creativity and insight into your audience to select the links that will drive the most engagement and sales. However, please note:
- - Modifying or altering our banners, logos, or links is not permitted. If you require new creatives or formats, or have a proposed solution, please contact us for approval before publication at affiliates@ecoskincare.co.uk.
- - You’re welcome to create your own links, but any independently created links must be authorised by us prior to use.
- - Links via coupon or voucher sites are not allowed.

BRANDING GUIDELINES
Affiliates must adhere to the provided branding guidelines when promoting Eco Skincare. If there are no specific guidelines beyond the provided materials, please adhere strictly to the provided content. If in doubt, contact us for guidance.
PPC GUIDELINES
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) activities, including brand, product, or generic campaigns related to our site and/or products, are strictly prohibited. This includes bidding on branded keywords or any PPC campaigns that target our brand terms. Affiliates must also add restricted terms as negative keywords in all PPC campaigns to avoid broad match issues.
Any orders generated from prohibited PPC activities will be deemed invalid, and we reserve the right to terminate the affiliate partnership if these guidelines are not followed.
CONTENT AND PROMOTIONS
Affiliates are expected to maintain content that aligns with our brand values. It is strictly prohibited to post content that is offensive, discriminatory, political, pornographic, or harmful to people’s health, or to publish links on any site which contains such content.
For social media posts, stories, or any promotional content, you must clearly mark them as advertisements using the hashtag #ad. We reserve the right to block any affiliate from posting content that does not comply with our brand guidelines.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Only promotional codes and coupons provided through the Eco Skincare Affiliate Programme are authorised for use. Transactions generated with unauthorised codes or codes not provided by our programme will not be eligible for commission. It is not permitted to promote, share, or communicate any codes outside of those expressly authorised by us.
VALIDATION OF TRANSACTIONS
All transactions are subject to validation to ensure they comply with our terms. Commissions will only be paid for verified conversions created in line with our general conditions. Please note:
- - Orders are subject to a verification process and may be refused if they do not meet internal criteria or key performance indicators.
- - Commission will not be paid on cancelled or returned orders.
- - Validation of transactions will occur within 45 days, and only valid last-click conversions will be remunerated.
- - Various products may be in and out of stock in the normal course of business. We will never knowingly sell an item which is out of stock, and no commission would be paid on out of stock products where the order is subsequently cancelled.
If there is any violation of our terms or brand guidelines, we reserve the right to cancel ongoing transactions and terminate the partnership without notice.
COMMISSION ADJUSTMENTS
Commission rates cannot be lowered by more than 20% over a 30-day period. Publishers will be given a 7-day notice for any changes to commission rates.
NOTICE PERIODS FOR CHANGES
Publishers will be given a minimum of 7 days' notice for any significant changes to our website or affiliate programme policies to ensure transparency and clear communication.
PUBLISHER TYPES
We partner with content sites, influencers, and other eco-friendly platforms that align with our values. Cashback sites and voucher sites are excluded.
DE-DUPLICATION POLICY
We operate a de-duplication policy to ensure that only one affiliate is credited for each sale. Sales will be attributed based on the last-click model, unless otherwise specified.
CONSEQUENCES OF BREACH
Any breach of these terms may result in the reversal of commissions, suspension from the programme, or permanent removal. For any questions or concerns, please contact affiliates@ecoskincare.co.uk.
