Prohibited Activities:Affiliates are not allowed to engage in any form of paid search marketing, including but not limited to pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, using the brand name "Fiametta" or any variations or misspellings in search engines.Affiliates are prohibited from using the brand name "Fiametta" or any related trademarks, logos, or branding in their domain names, social media handles, or website URLs.Coupon sites are not allowed to participate in the affiliate program unless explicitly approved by Fiametta.Affiliates must not engage in any activities that are misleading or deceptive, including false advertising, fake reviews, or impersonating the brand.Affiliates may not promote Fiametta products through any website, social media platform, or application that contains offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content.Email marketing campaigns that promote Fiametta products must be pre-approved by the brand and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM.Affiliates are not permitted to bid on or purchase any domain names that include the term "Fiametta" or variations and misspellings.2. Compliance with ShareASale Terms of Use:All affiliates are bound by the ShareASale Terms of Use. Failure to comply with these terms, or any of the above restrictions, may result in termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of any commissions earned.PPC Agreements:1. Specific Keywords and PPC Bidding:Brand Keywords:"Fiametta""Fiametta Jewelry""Fiametta Diamonds""Fiametta Lab-Grown Diamonds""Fiametta Fine Jewelry"PPC Bidding:Not Allowed: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on any of the above brand keywords or any variations and misspellings thereof in any PPC advertising campaigns across all search engines and social media platforms. This includes broad, phrase, and exact match types.Description: These keywords are reserved for Fiametta's exclusive use to ensure brand consistency and prevent competition with affiliates in paid search results. Violations of this rule will result in immediate termination from the affiliate program.b.
