Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Thank you for considering signing up for the EUROCOC affiliate program. Please take your time to carefully read these terms and conditions before your registration. By completing your application/registration you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You may not participate in the EUROCOC affiliate program, unless you do not agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the participation in the affiliate program ("Affiliate Program") of the company EUROCOC s.r.o., a limited liability company established and existing under the laws of the Slovak Republic, registered office at Žižkova 7803/22B, 811 02 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, Identification number: 36 804 339, Tax registration number: SK2022416968 („EUROCOC“ or "Company"). The purpose of the Affiliate Program is to allow Affiliates (“Partner”, “Publisher”) to earn commissions from sales of EUROCOC products/services generated from their sources. In some cases the purpose may be helping Affiliate referees (customers) obtaining European COCs with smooth online process.
2. Becoming an Affiliate
To become an Affiliate you must submit an application to EUROCOC campaign on AWIN platform. Every new application must be approved by the Company. Upon approval of the application by EUROCOC, the registration is fulfilled and the party becomes an Affiliate. The Company reserves the right to reject any application that does not meet the Company criteria. Affiliate accounts with inaccurate, unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable information will not be approved.
The Affiliate’s participation in the program is solely for the purpose of EUROCOC service/products advertising and receiving a commission on sales generated by the referee (customer).
Affiliates can only create and use one account. Multiple domains can be listed within one account, but only one account is allowed.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an Affiliate, you agree to:
• Promote EUROCOC products in a professional and ethical manner.
• Not engage in any illegal or unethical behavior in connection with the Affiliate Program.
• No generation of incentivized traffic (any kind of compensation for the click, sale or action completion is prohibited).
• Not to bid on key words on GoogleAds campaigns (PPC) in order to promote selling Certificates of Conformity.
• No use of cookie stuffing techniques (setting cookies without the user clicking on the Affiliate link).
• No use of redirected pages and links to send a referee to the EUROCOC website.
• The domain cannot be used to forward the user directly to EUROCOC website through the affiliate link – domain forwarding is strictly prohibited.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the promotion of EUROCOC products
• Use only the links and promotional materials provided by EUROCOC.
• If EUROCOC determines that the Affiliate’s linking and advertising efforts can be identified as spam, it reserves the right to suspend the account immediately.
• Not modify or alter any links or promotional materials provided by EUROCOC without the Company's prior written consent. Any modifications of links may impact the accuracy of tracking the guest visits from Affiliate source to EUROCOC. It is the affiliates responsibility to ensure that his tracking code is working properly before sending it referees to EUROCOC website. Affiliate commissions are not paid for unrecorded sales due to incorrectly edited, masked, redirected or tampered Affiliate links.
• Receive permission from EUROCOC before any forms of promised kickbacks from an affiliate commission, bonuses or bundles with other products.
• Default cookie tracking is set from 30 to 60 days. EUROCOC does not guarantee the 60-day cookie validity period and does not take the responsibility for cleared users’ cookies or changed browser / device during the purchase by the end-user.
• Provide accurate and complete information to EUROCOC at all times.
• Promptly update contact information if it changes.
4. Affiliate advertising
Only promotional materials that are provided or approved by EUROCOC may be used by the Affiliate partner in order to advertise EUROCOC products or services. Approved promotional materials refer to the materials that are provided by the Company. Approved promotional materials may contain EUROCOC trademarks, service marks, logos and slogans for the Affiliate to display on the Affiliate Website. By accepting these Terms and Conditions the Company grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, limited and non-transferable license to access, download and place the approved promotional material on the Affiliate website with the sole purpose to promote websites operated, controlled and owned by EUROCOC („license“).
By the decision of the Affiliate to terminate its participation in the Affiliate Program or upon the decision of the Company to stop the Affiliate program itself, the Affiliates license will be immediately and automatically withdrawn.
Affiliates are prohibited from running Search Engine Marketing campaigns or any other Paid advertising campaigns that lead to EUROCOC product-related content.
Before launching e-mail marketing campaigns, the Affiliate must get approval from the EUROCOC affiliate manager. Before launching e-mail marketing campaigns, the Affiliate must inquire about the suppression list. Once it is sent by EUROCOC, the Affiliate must upload it to ita email platform to make sure no address that is in the suppression list is being contacted. E-mail campaigns cannot be used to deceive recipients to believe the sender is EUROCOC.
5. Affiliate Commission
EUROCOC will pay Affiliates commission on each completed sale that is referred by Affiliate and completed through EUROCOC issued affiliate link or used voucher. Commission rate depends on the type of Affiliate agreement and sales volume of the Affiliate partner. The final commission rate will be determined by EUROCOC and may be changed at any time in the Company's sole discretion.
The Company will pay the commission earned on a monthly basis. The commission will be paid within 15 days following the end of the respective calendar month for which it is due. The Company reserves the right to withhold payment if it determines that any referral was fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.
Any untracked or incomplete orders should be reported to the Company as early as possible. Such cases are reviewed by the Company on individual basis and the Company reserves the right to make the final decisions on such orders.
Affiliate partner is fully responsible for providing the correct bank account details for the payment. In case the bank account details are incomplete or not correct, the Company can refuse to complete the payment. Wire transfer costs are paid equally by the Company and the Affiliate.
Any commissions calculated via EUROCOC Affiliate program exclude applicable taxes or fees that may occur to Affiliate partner, who is entitled to full responsibility for any additional costs that may be applicable to the Affiliate commission.
6. Termination
Affiliate may freely terminate its participation in the Affiliate Program at any time by giving EUROCOC a written notice.
The Company may decide to terminate the Affiliate Program at any time, whereas termination of the Affiliate Program shall not give rise to any financial claims against the Company on the part of the Affiliate (including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, profits, etc.).
The Company may terminate the participation of the Affiliate in the Affiliate Program at any time for the violation of these Terms and Conditions or breaking the principles of fair business ethics. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate account without prior notice if the Affiliate partner commits any type of fraud, unacceptable advertising or if the Affiliate abuse the program in any way. In such cases, no commission or any other ongoing payouts will be provided to the Affiliate partner.
Upon termination, the Affiliate must immediately stop promoting the Company's products and remove all promotional materials from their website and other channels.
Any Affiliate accounts that are left inactive and have no commissions approved will be removed from the Affiliate Program completely by deleting all the data. An inactive account is defined as any account that hasn’t been active for the last 6 months and did not reply to the Company’s messages for one month. If any of these conditions occur, the Affiliate account will be terminated.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Affiliate Program, including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, profits, or data.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Slovak law without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
9. Miscellaneous
Once the registration process of the affiliate is completed (approval of these terms & conditions and acceptance of the registration by EUROCOC), the parties enter into an affiliate agreement, which is governed solely by these terms.
The Company may modify these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion. If the Company modifies these terms and conditions, it will post the modified terms and conditions on its website and will notify the Affiliate partners of the changes before the modified terms and conditions become effective. The continued participation in the Affiliate Program after the modified terms and conditions become effective will constitute the Affiliate acceptance of the modified terms and conditions. In case the Affiliate does not agree with the new terms and conditions, the Affiliate may terminate its participation in the program at any time.
Please note – this programme operates with a 7 day closure notice period.
