Rivage Affiliate Program AgreementBy joining the Rivage Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions in addition to the ShareASale Terms of Use:1. Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on each sale generated through their unique referral links. Commissions will be paid on completed sales only; canceled orders, returns, and chargebacks will not be eligible for commissions.2. Prohibited Activities: - Trademark Bidding: Affiliates are not permitted to bid on Rivage-related trademarks or brand names, including variations or misspellings, in any pay-per-click (PPC) search engines. - Misleading Advertising: Affiliates must not engage in any form of false or misleading advertising, including but not limited to making unsubstantiated claims about Rivage products. - Spam: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using spam or unsolicited emails to promote Rivage products. - Domain Squatting: Affiliates may not use domains or subdomains that contain Rivage trademarks, brand names, or variations thereof without explicit permission.3. Content Guidelines: All promotional content, including blogs, social media posts, and websites, must be in line with the Rivage brand and must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content.4. Disclosure: Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Rivage in all promotional content, in compliance with FTC guidelines. This includes a clear statement that you may receive a commission for purchases made through your affiliate links.5. Termination: Rivage reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for breach of these terms or any other reason deemed appropriate by the company. Upon termination, any outstanding commissions may be forfeited.6. Intellectual Property: All trademarks, logos, and copyrighted material provided to affiliates remain the property of Rivage. Affiliates are granted a limited license to use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting Rivage products.7. Changes to the Agreement: Rivage reserves the right to modify or update this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of those changes.By joining the Rivage Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
