1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Affiliate may promote the Company’s products and services through the Affiliate Marketing Program.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1. The Affiliate shall promote the Company’s products/services only through approved channels and methods.
2.2. The Affiliate shall not engage in any misleading, unethical, or deceptive promotional activities.
2.3. The Affiliate shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to marketing and advertising.
3. Company’s Obligations
3.1. The Company shall provide the Affiliate with necessary marketing materials, resources, and support.
3.2. The Company shall pay commissions to the Affiliate for valid sales generated through the Affiliate’s efforts.
4. Limitations and Restrictions
4.1. The Affiliate shall not engage in spam, unsolicited communications, or other unauthorized marketing activities.
4.2. The Affiliate shall not misrepresent the Company’s products/services or make false claims.
4.3. The Affiliate shall not use fraudulent, dishonest, or manipulative means to obtain sales.
4.4. While participating in this Program, the Affiliate shall not promote products or services that directly compete with the Company’s offerings.
