Belkys Studio Affiliate Program Agreement

This Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") contains the terms and conditions that apply to your participation in the Belkys Studio Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement, as well as the ShareASale Terms of Use.
1. Enrollment in the Program
To enroll in the Program, you must submit a complete and accurate application through our affiliate network platform, ShareASale. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Commissions
Affiliates will earn commissions on sales generated through unique referral links provided by Belkys Studio. Commission rates, payment schedules, and other relevant details are available in your affiliate dashboard. All commissions will be paid in accordance with ShareASale’s payment terms.
3. Promotion Guidelines
a. Approved Marketing Channels
Affiliates are permitted to promote Belkys Studio on websites, blogs, and social media platforms that comply with our brand standards.
b. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
Paid Search Marketing: Affiliates may not bid on keywords or phrases containing Belkys Studio or any variations thereof in pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on search engines such as Google, Bing, or Yahoo.
Misrepresentation: Affiliates may not represent themselves as Belkys Studio or claim ownership of our products or services.
Spam: Affiliates must not use unsolicited emails (SPAM) to promote Belkys Studio. All email marketing must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM Act compliance.
Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in cookie stuffing techniques that set tracking cookies without the user's knowledge or consent.
Trademark Violations: Affiliates may not use our trademarks or logos without prior written consent, except as provided in the affiliate marketing materials.
4. Content Guidelines
All content created and shared by affiliates must adhere to the following guidelines:
Accuracy: Content must accurately represent Belkys Studio products and services.
Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards, including FTC disclosure requirements.
Prohibited Content: Affiliates must not publish or distribute content that is misleading, defamatory, obscene, or promotes illegal activities.
5. Termination
Belkys Studio reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to you. Causes for termination may include, but are not limited to, breach of this Agreement, fraud, or any conduct that Belkys Studio deems harmful to its reputation or business.
6. Modification of Agreement
Belkys Studio reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated to affiliates via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Belkys Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Acceptance
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions.
