Affiliate agrees to (a) conduct business in a manner that reflects highly favorably on the image, credibility, reputation, goodwill, and good name of the Products, Clearlight without limitation, and (b) not publicly disparage the Products.
In no event will any trademarks and Intellectual Property be used for or in connection with marketing for purposes of targeting distributors, dealers or end users.
Affiliate agrees it will not register or otherwise acquire any ownership interest in any trademark, tradename, URL, domain, or sub-domain, that contains or includes: (i) the words “Sauna Works”, “Clearlight” (ii) any trademark or copyright of Clearlight or its licensors, as well as, without limitation, any Product names, and (d) any variation of any of the foregoing or any similar sounding words, as determined by Clearlight in its sole discretion.
