All affiliates are required to adhere to IAB and Craft Gin Club Ts&Cs. These may be subject to change, but are included below for reference.
All affiliates who apply to the Craft Gin Club affiliate programme will be reviewed prior to a decision being reached. You do not have permission to feature Craft Gin Club on any sites that are not listed in your original application.
Please note that while Craft Gin Club is happy to discuss exposure opportunities with affiliates, affiliates must not release confidential or sensitive information around campaigns into the public domain at any time before this is live on the Craft Gin Club site and/or has been approved to do so by the Craft Gin Club affiliate team. Any breaches of confidentiality may result in immediate suspension from the Craft Gin Club affiliate programme.
Any site that chooses to promote Craft Gin Club and does not behave ethically and/or fails to adhere to the Ts&Cs may face immediate removal from the programme, with any pending commissions generated through this behaviour withheld or reserved.
If requested, influencer networks and subnetworks agree to provide Craft Gin Club with a breakdown of publishers generating activity. If this is something you cannot provide, we will not be able to accept you onto the programme.
Voucher Codes
Craft Gin CLub reserves the right to withhold payment of commission if unauthorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale. Any affiliate found to be displaying unauthorised codes may also have their commission set to zero until the code(s) are removed.
Voucher code terms and conditions must be clearly displayed onsite, any affiliate found promoting codes which do not have the clearly marked T&Cs available may have their commission set to zero until the T&Cs are visible.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme.
Payment
Your commission will be paid to you monthly, any queries regarding when you will receive this payment should be directed to the account contact. Please note that we validate sales after the 30 day returns window has passed, so the earliest you will see a tracked sale either approved or declined is around 6 weeks after the sale date. The payment of the commission will then be dependent on the time of the month that the sale is validated, and also on the payment status of the programme.
Transaction Queries
For any sales purchased through a cashback site where the sale has either not tracked into a customer's cashback account or has tracked through at the wrong amount, transaction queries can be raised through the relevant cashback partner.
Banners & Creative
Publishers must use creative supplied directly through the network. Affiliates are not permitted to alter any of the creative or text links available through the Awin interface. Any banners being used must be served from the network and not hardcoded into the site, so updates made to those through Awin may take immediate effect.

PPC Activity
Please note Craft Gin Club will not pay commission to affiliates carrying out any unauthorised brand bidding for the duration the bidding takes place. Affiliates are not permitted to carry out any PPC search activity directing traffic to Craft Gin Club except by special arrangement.
