- Aside from our exclusive Archive Sales—which are communicated ahead of time and only run for a few days each year—Olivia von Halle does not engage in any other discount promotions or sales. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from advertising unauthorised discounts, coupon codes, or promotions that could mislead customers. Misrepresentation of offers, such as promoting expired codes, is also not allowed.
2. Traffic and Attribution
- We value partnerships that drive high-quality, incremental traffic to our website. Affiliates should focus on generating genuine interest and engagement with our target audience.
- Tactics aimed at capturing existing traffic or customers already intending to purchase from our site, such as search engine manipulation or promoting nonexistent discounts, are not permitted.
3. Compliance and Monitoring
- Olivia von Halle reserves the right to monitor affiliate activity to ensure compliance with these guidelines.
- Affiliates found in violation will receive a warning, and repeated or serious violations may result in removal from the program and voiding of commissions.
4. Commission Structure
- Commissions will be paid on approved sales that are directly attributed to affiliate referrals and adhere to our brand guidelines. The commission rate is determined by the quality and relevance of traffic driven to our website.
