DFI Toppers Affiliate Program Terms
Effective Date: 1st September 2024
Welcome to the DFI Toppers Affiliate Program. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully before participating.
1. Commission Structure
- Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn 10% of the total sale amount for each valid referral.
- Promotional Commission Boosts: From time to time, DFI Toppers may offer limited-time commission increases for specific promotions or products. These boosts will be communicated via email or through the affiliate dashboard, and will only apply during the specified promotional period.
- Exclusions: Commission will not be paid on purchases made by the affiliate themselves, and any fraudulent transactions will be disqualified.
2. Cookie Duration
- Cookie Life: The affiliate tracking cookie lasts for 30 days. If a customer purchases within this period, the affiliate who referred the customer will receive credit for the sale.

- Payment Frequency: As per AWIN
4. Approved Promotional Methods
- Allowed Channels: Affiliates may promote DFI Toppers through blogs, websites, social media, and email marketing, provided they comply with these terms.
- Prohibited Channels: Affiliates may not engage in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising on search engines, social media platforms, or any other form of paid traffic that targets our brand name or variations thereof.
5. PPC and Brand Name Restrictions
- Brand Name Restrictions: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on our brand name "DFI Toppers," including any variations or misspellings, in any paid search engine marketing (PPC) campaigns. This includes, but is not limited to, bidding on the following keywords: "DFI Toppers," "DFI Topper," and "DFIToppers."
- Domain Name Usage: Affiliates are not permitted to use "DFI Toppers" or any variations thereof in their domain names (e.g., dfitoppersdeals.com).
6. Content Guidelines
- Representation of the Brand: Affiliates must accurately represent DFI Toppers and its products. Misleading claims or false advertising is strictly prohibited.
- Prohibited Content: Affiliates are not allowed to promote DFI Toppers on websites or platforms that contain or promote illegal activities, violence, adult content, or political views.
7. Approval and Compliance
- Affiliate Approval: All affiliates must be approved by DFI Toppers. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.
- Ongoing Compliance: DFI Toppers will monitor affiliate activity to ensure compliance with these terms. Affiliates found violating these terms may be suspended or terminated from the program.
8. Termination and Suspension
- Termination Rights: DFI Toppers reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these terms.
- Notice of Termination: Affiliates will be notified via email of their termination and will forfeit any pending commissions if terminated due to breach of these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
- Use of Assets: Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use DFI Toppers’ logos, trademarks, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products within the guidelines of this agreement.
- Restrictions: Affiliates may not alter, modify, or create derivative works of our trademarks or logos in any way.
10. Liability Disclaimer
- Limitation of Liability: DFI Toppers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising out of this agreement, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Governing Law
- Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Program Terms
- Amendments: DFI Toppers reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email. Continued participation in the program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
