Promo by Cody McConnell ShareASale Affiliate Program Policy

1. Overview
This policy governs participation in the Promo by Cody McConnell ShareASale Affiliate Program ("Affiliate Program"). By signing up for the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with this policy and the ShareASale terms of service.
2. Eligibility
To join our Affiliate Program, you must:
Be 18 years of age or older.
Have a valid and active website, blog, or social media platform.
Not engage in any illegal or unethical activities, including but not limited to spamming, false advertising, or trademark infringement.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
Promote Promo by Cody McConnell products/services in a positive, ethical, and professional manner.
Use only the approved marketing materials provided by Promo by Cody McConnell or ShareASale.
Ensure that your website and marketing practices comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements.
Keep your account information up-to-date and accurate.
4. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
Misleading or deceptive advertising.
Bidding on Promo by Cody McConnell trademarks or variations thereof on any search engine marketing platforms, unless stated otherwise.
Using unauthorized email marketing or sending unsolicited emails (SPAM).
Offering rebates, coupons, or incentives not authorized by Promo by Cody McConnell.
Engaging in cookie stuffing, click fraud, or other forms of fraudulent activity.
Using your own affiliate link to make purchases. Affiliates are not permitted to use their own affiliate link for personal purchases, and doing so will result in forfeiture of commissions and possible termination from the Affiliate Program.
5. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a commission based on a percentage of sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
Commission rates and payment thresholds will be outlined in the ShareASale platform.
Commissions are subject to change at Promo by Cody McConnell's discretion, with notice provided to affiliates.
6. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, typically 20-30 days after the end of the month in which the sale was made.
Payments will be made via ShareASale, according to their payment terms.
Affiliates are responsible for any taxes due on their commissions.
7. Termination
Promo by Cody McConnell reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, for reasons including but not limited to:
Violation of this policy.
Engaging in prohibited activities.
Any action that may harm the reputation of Promo by Cody McConnell.
Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited at the discretion of Promo by Cody McConnell.
8. Modifications to the Policy
Promo by Cody McConnell reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
