Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 15% commission on completed, non-refunded sales.
Commission is calculated on the order subtotal excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts.
Orders are validated after the applicable return period.
Cookie Duration
This program uses a 90-day cookie window.
If a customer completes a purchase within 90 days of clicking an affiliate link, the affiliate will be credited for the sale.
Allowed Promotional Methods
We welcome and encourage promotion through:
Influencer marketing (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest)
Blogs, websites, and original editorial content
Email marketing to opt-in subscribers only
Video content, product demonstrations, and gift guides
Affiliates are encouraged to create authentic, original content featuring our products.
Coupon & Discount Policy
Affiliates may promote coupon codes and discounts that are provided directly by us or made publicly available through approved campaigns.
Affiliates may not create, alter, or advertise unauthorized coupon codes
Coupon usage must be accurate and not misleading
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are not permitted:
Paid search advertising bidding on our brand name, brand variations, misspellings, or domain name
Use of our brand name in paid ads implying official ownership or partnership
Browser extensions, toolbars, or incentive-based traffic
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or link manipulation
Misrepresentation of products, pricing, or promotions
Use of our brand name in domain names or social handles
Influencer Disclosure Requirements
Influencers must comply with FTC disclosure guidelines, clearly identifying affiliate relationships (e.g., “#ad”, “#affiliate”, or equivalent language).
Email & Messaging Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and FTC regulations.
Unsolicited emails, spam messaging, or SMS marketing are prohibited.
Order Validation & Reversals
We reserve the right to reverse commissions for:
Returned or canceled orders
Fraudulent transactions
Self-referrals
Orders generated in violation of program terms
Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use approved brand assets for promotion but may not create derivative products, designs, or digital files based on our original work.
Program Management
We reserve the right to:
Review affiliate activity at any time
Approve or remove affiliates at our discretion
Modify program terms or commission rates with notice
Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
