Prohibited Activities:
Trademark Bidding: Affiliates are not permitted to bid on keywords or phrases containing the FocusFuel brand name or any variations in search engines.
Spam: Affiliates must not engage in unsolicited email marketing (spam) to promote FocusFuel products.
Inappropriate Content: Affiliates are prohibited from promoting FocusFuel on websites or platforms containing or promoting inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
False or Misleading Claims: Affiliates must not make any false or misleading claims about FocusFuel products, including but not limited to health benefits and ingredient information.
Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates are not allowed to use cookie stuffing techniques to generate commissions.
Compliance:
All affiliates must comply with the ShareASale Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to advertising and marketing practices.
Affiliates are responsible for disclosing their affiliate relationship with FocusFuel in a clear and conspicuous manner as required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or other regulatory bodies.
Termination:
FocusFuel reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, with or without cause, if the affiliate is found to be in violation of this agreement or engaging in activities that harm the FocusFuel brand.
These guidelines are in place to ensure a fair, compliant, and mutually beneficial relationship between FocusFuel and its affiliates.
