General:
We aim to keep things as simple as possible for our affiliates, hence this short list of terms.
Brand & Trademark:
Our product brand MMGuardian is a registered trademark.
Pay Per Click and other campaigns related to keyword bidding: We do not allow affiliates to bid on our product brand, "MMGuardian", or variations such as "MM Guardian" or "MGuardian".
We do not offer coupons at present. Therefore we also do not allow affiliates to engage in TM+ advertising using terms such as "MMGuardian Coupons" or "MMGuardian Phone Coupons"
If running PPC campaigns, you should set MMGuardian as a negative keyword.
You may use our brand logo in articles where you include your affiliate link your on your website / blog, either the standalone stylised M logo, or where included as part of our provided artwork.
You may not use our standalone stylised M logo on social media or in email campaigns or in adverts.
Allowed Activities:
Posting details about our products, whether using our provided artwork and materials, or self generated content, to your website / blog is permitted.
Email campaigns including or specific to MMGuardian to your own reader mailing list is permitted.
Social Media Policy:
Promoting your affiliate link is allowed.
Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate the program with 60 days notice. Rewards for Qualified Purchases prior to the program end date will of course be paid.
We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate should our terms as described in this document be broken.
Qualified Purchases:
We offer customers a 30 day return policy. Orders that are returned by the customer within our 30 day return policy generally are excluded from affiliate rewards.
Updates to These Terms:
From time to time we may need to update these terms. Changes to terms will be communicated with 30 days notice.
