DaVinci Vaporizers – Branding GuidelinesAffiliates are permitted to promote DaVinci Vaporizers subject to the following branding requirements:
Brand Usage
- Use the brand name exactly as DaVinci Vaporizers or DaVinci.
- Do not alter, abbreviate, misspell, or combine the brand name with other words.
- Logos, product images, and brand assets must not be modified, recolored, distorted, or overlaid with text unless explicitly approved.
Messaging & Claims
- No medical, therapeutic, or health claims are permitted.
- Do not imply FDA approval, clinical validation, or medical benefit.
- Content must not suggest DaVinci products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
- Messaging should focus on design, materials, engineering, performance, and user experience.
Audience & Compliance
- Promotion to underage audiences is strictly prohibited.
- All content must comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws.
- FTC disclosure is required on all affiliate content, posts, videos, and reviews.
Advertising Restrictions
- Brand name PPC bidding, including variations and misspellings, is not permitted without written approval.
- Affiliates may not register or use domains, social handles, or display URLs containing the DaVinci brand or close variations.
- DaVinci branding may not be used in misleading, deceptive, or comparative advertising without approval.
Creative Integrity
- Content must accurately represent DaVinci products and features.
- Reviews and demonstrations should reflect real usage and honest experience.
- DaVinci reserves the right to request revisions or removal of non-compliant content.
- Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in commission reversal or removal from the program.
