SOUL BODY MIND

This Affiliate Terms of Agreement ("Agreement") describes the rights and obligations of SOUL BODY MIND and the Web Site Owner who has agreed to become an affiliate partner through the ShareASale Network. By becoming an Affiliate, you agree to each of the terms and conditions set forth below and agree to abide by all terms as stated herein.

SOUL BODY MIND reserves the right to reject any website or affiliate if we determine, in our sole discretion and following our review of your site, that your site is unsuitable for any reason, including, but not limited to, inclusion of content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. SOUL BODY MIND has the right in its sole and absolute discretion to reject your application, or to terminate your participation in the program, for any reason.

1. ColinFWatson also allows their affiliates to link directly to their website through the search engines.



2. ColinFWatson coupons: We allow all affiliates to promote our coupon codes on their website. Do not use fake coupon codes on your website. If we find any affiliates promoting fake coupon codes, we will send one email notification message. After one day, we will remove you from our affiliate program.



3. As an Affiliate Program member, we will make available to you a variety of graphic and textual links ("Links" or "Link"), which, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may display as often and in as many areas on your site as you desire. The Links will serve to identify your site as a member of our Affiliate Program and will establish a link from your site to ours.



4. Affiliate will not create a site that is confusingly similar to Colinfwatson.com as determined by our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to sites that mimic or copy the look and feel, or name of Colinfwatson.com or any variations of our name. These are prohibited.



5. You may not place banners or links containing your affiliate ID on websites, forums, or blogs not directly owned or controlled by you. If you have questions about linking, send us an email and ask.



6. Your affiliate tracking cookie may ONLY be set on a user's computer when they click on a link from your website or your opt-in email newsletter that takes them directly to our website. Email spamming will NOT be tolerated. Again, if you have questions about this, send us an email and ask.



7. ColinFWatson allows all affiliates to promote us through social media channels. We recognize all social media platforms for promotion.



8. FTC DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS You shall include a disclosure statement within any and all pages, blog/posts, or social media posts where affiliate links for our affiliate program are posted as an endorsement or review, and where it is not clear that the link is a paid advertisement. This disclosure statement should be clear and concise, stating that we are compensating you for your review or endorsement.
