We manually approve all new affiliates. We reserve the right to cancel affiliate partnerships at any time, for any reason, without notice.
- Expired discounts and vouchers must be removed from your website upon the day of expiry.
- Expired discounts and vouchers must not be communicated in any means or form to consumers.
- Only official discounts and vouchers communicated by the Affiliate Account Manager may be promoted by an affiliate.
- Discounts and Vouchers may not be promoted as being eligible to be combined with another form of discount, voucher or cashback unless explicitly stated by the Affiliate Account Manager.
Commissions:
Commission rates offered may vary. We may amend commission on a campaign basis with some affiliates.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that the correct links are used at all times. Please note that we are not responsible for broken links and commissions cannot be paid if there are issues related to links.
If an affiliate breaches our terms, commissions may be reduced to zero and we may suspend or terminate the affiliate’s partnership.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM.
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in Love, Indus's Affiliate Program. By participating in the Affiliate Program you are confirming that you accept these terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not participate in the Affiliate Program.
1. Love, Indus is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Love, Indus website and in the material published on them. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
2. The trademarks, logos and trade names displayed on the Love, Indus website ("Marks") are the property of Love, Indus, or other third parties. You are not permitted to download, copy, modify or use the Marks without the prior written consent of Love, Indus or the consent of such third party who may own the Marks.
3. You may only set up an Affiliate link with the prior written consent of Love, Indus.
4. You must not take any action that passes off or otherwise mispresents your relationship with Love, Indus, including using a Love, Indus URL as display URL in Google, or any other paid performance website or generally mislead the consumer into believing any advertisement is from Love, Indus official website.
5. Love, Indus expressly reserves the right to revoke consent and/or the rights granted for you to link to the Love, Indus website at any time at Love, Indus discretion and without notice and to direct you to remove from your website any links to the Love, Indus website (including Affiliate links) or Marks.
6. You shall fully indemnify Love, Indus for any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Love, Indus reserves the right to vary or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes shall take effect upon reasonable notice to you.
