1. Program Overview
Thorum designs and sells unique, handcrafted rings made from materials like meteorite, exotic wood, titanium, and more. We value integrity, creativity, and high-quality craftsmanship, and we expect our affiliates to share those values in their promotions.
2. Affiliate Eligibility
To participate in the Thorum Affiliate Program, you must:
Own and operate a legitimate website, blog, or social media presence that aligns with our brand values.
Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Accurately represent Thorum’s products and brand in all promotional materials.
We reserve the right to review your website or promotional channels prior to approval and to decline applications that do not meet our standards.
3. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates are expected to:
Provide Accurate Information: Always use up-to-date product descriptions, images, and prices provided by Thorum. Do not make false or misleading claims.
Use Ethical Marketing Practices: Refrain from using spam, clickbait, or deceptive practices to generate clicks or sales. Violation of this rule may lead to immediate termination.
Maintain Brand Integrity: Content should reflect Thorum’s values of craftsmanship, quality, and creativity. Offensive or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
4. Commission Structure and Payment Terms
Commission Rate: Affiliates earn 15% commission on all qualified sales made through their unique affiliate link.
Cookie Duration: Our tracking cookie lasts for 90 days. Affiliates will receive credit for any purchase made within this time period.
Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, provided that the affiliate’s account balance meets or exceeds the minimum payout threshold of $50.
Thorum reserves the right to withhold payments if suspicious activity or fraudulent sales are detected.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
Bidding on Brand Terms in PPC Campaigns: Affiliates may not bid on keywords or phrases containing "Thorum," “Thorum Rings,” or similar variations in search engine marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
Trademark Infringement: Affiliates are not allowed to use our trademarks or copyrighted materials in unauthorized ways, including in domain names or subdomains.
Misrepresentation of Offers: Affiliates should not promote unauthorized discounts, fake offers, or expired deals.
Violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.
6. Termination
Thorum reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time if you breach any of these terms. Upon termination, you must immediately remove all Thorum links and content from your site.
7. Compliance and Liability
FTC Compliance: Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Thorum in accordance with the FTC’s Endorsement Guides.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thorum from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your actions, content, or marketing practices.
8. Amendments
Thorum reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
