Great Bay Home Affiliate Program Agreement
Welcome to the Great Bay Home Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully, as they constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Great Bay Home.
1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: All affiliates must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including advertising and marketing laws, the CAN-SPAM Act, FTC guidelines on endorsements and testimonials, and any other regulations relevant to your activities.
2. Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any commissions:
- Paid Search & Brand Bidding: Affiliates may not bid on keywords or use our brand name or variations thereof (including misspellings) in any form of paid search, including PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising.
- Domain Name Misuse: Affiliates may not use our brand name or any variations thereof in their domain names, URLs, or social media handles.
- Coupon Sites: Affiliates are not allowed to promote Great Bay Home on unauthorized coupon or discount sites.
- Misleading or False Advertising: Affiliates must not make false claims or provide misleading information about our products, pricing, or offers.
- Spam: Affiliates must not use unsolicited email marketing (spam) or engage in any other form of prohibited communications.
- Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates may not use cookie stuffing techniques or any other method to track fake clicks or artificially inflate traffic and sales.
3. Use of Creative Assets: Affiliates may only use banners, text links, and other promotional materials provided by Great Bay Home. Unauthorized use of our logos, images, or content is strictly prohibited.
4. Termination: Great Bay Home reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for any violation of this agreement or any other reason deemed necessary by our team.
5. Payment Terms: Commission payments will be made in accordance with the terms outlined in our program details. Any fraudulent activity or breach of this agreement will result in forfeiture of commissions.
6. Agreement Changes: Great Bay Home reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. AWIN Terms of Use: All affiliates are bound by the AWIN Terms of Use in addition to this agreement. Any violation of AWIN's terms will result in immediate termination from our affiliate program.
