High-Not Affiliate Program Agreement
Welcome to the High-Not Affiliate Program!
We are excited to partner with you to promote our premium cannabis wellness products. This Program Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation in the High-Not Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to abide by these terms, as well as the ShareASale Terms of Use.
Program Restrictions and Regulations:
Age Requirement: Affiliates must be at least 21 years old to participate in the program.
Geographic Restrictions: Due to varying cannabis laws, affiliates must be located and operate within jurisdictions where the promotion and sale of cannabis products are legal.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations:** All affiliates must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to cannabis, advertising, and marketing. This includes, but is not limited to:
Accurate and Truthful Advertising: All promotional materials and content must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
No Promotion to Minors: Affiliates cannot target or promote High-Not products to individuals under the age of 21.
No Health Claims: Affiliates cannot make any medical or health claims about High-Not products without prior written approval.
No Promotion of Illegal Activities: Affiliates cannot promote or encourage the use of High-Not products in any illegal manner.
Brand Guidelines: Affiliates must adhere to High-Not's brand guidelines and marketing materials when promoting our products.
Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the program:
Spamming: Sending unsolicited emails or messages to promote High-Not products.
Misrepresentation: Misrepresenting High-Not products or the affiliate relationship.
Trademark Infringement: Using High-Not's trademarks or intellectual property without permission.
Cookie Stuffing: Artificially inflating commissions through unethical practices.
Any other activities that violate the spirit of this agreement or the ShareASale Terms of Use.
Additional Terms:
Commission Structure: Commissions will be paid according to the agreed-upon rates and terms.
Payment: Commissions will be paid through ShareASale's payment system.
Termination: High-Not reserves the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in the program at any time for any reason.
By joining the High-Not Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
