FliKEZE Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

By joining the FliKEZE Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.
1. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have an active online presence (e.g., website, social media, email list).
Comply with all applicable laws, including those governing advertising and privacy.
FliKEZE reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2. Commission & Payments
Affiliates earn 8% commission on eligible sales generated through their unique referral link or code.
Commission is calculated on the net sale amount (excluding shipping, taxes, discounts, and returns).
Payments are made monthly via Awin, after a 45-day holding period to allow for refunds.
Minimum payout threshold: depends on Awin
3. Use of Marketing Materials
Affiliates may use approved product images, videos, banners, and descriptions provided by FliKEZE.
Affiliates may not use misleading claims, false endorsements, or unapproved brand materials.
Paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) using the FliKEZE brand name or domain is strictly prohibited without written approval.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Misrepresent FliKEZE products, pricing, or features.
Spam or engage in unethical marketing tactics.
Create websites, social media pages, or email addresses impersonating FliKEZE.
Offer unauthorized discounts, coupon codes, or incentives.
Violation of these policies may result in suspension or termination of your account, and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
5. Referral Tracking
Sales are tracked via unique affiliate links or discount codes.
FliKEZE is not responsible for untracked referrals due to browser issues, user actions, or third-party tools that interfere with cookies.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
Violation of these terms
Inactivity over a 90-day period
Abuse of the program or fraudulent activity
Affiliates may also choose to withdraw from the program at any time by contacting the affiliate support team.
7. Changes to Terms
FliKEZE reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
8. Limitation of Liability
FliKEZE shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commission paid to you.
