Welcome to the Clean Simple Eats Affiliate Program. By signing up, “Affiliate” agrees to comply with and are bound by the following terms and conditions of Clean Simple Eats “Brand”.
1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
1.1 Brand reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Links and Discount Codes
2.1 Upon acceptance into the program, “Affiliate” will be provided with a unique assigned link through ShareASale.
2.2 Brand retains all rights to the provided unique assigned links. Affiliate may only use the assigned link provided.
2.3 Affiliate may use the unique assigned link on their website, article, social media accounts, blogs and other channels as long as such promotions are in compliance with Brand’s terms and conditions and any applicable laws.
2.4 Brand reserves the right to reassign or terminate discount links at any time.
2.5 Affiliate’s discount link(s) are the property of Brand. Usage of the discount links is at the sole discretion of Brand.
3. Commission and Payment
3.1 Affiliate will earn a commission on sales generated through their unique assigned link.
3.2 Commission rate and payment terms will be outlined in the Affiliate dashboard.
4. Promotional Guidelines
4.1 Affiliate is permitted to use promotional materials provided by the Brand.
4.2 Affiliate must not misrepresent brand products in any way.
4.3 Affiliate is prohibited from making any false or misleading claims about Brand’s products or the program.
4.4 Affiliate is prohibited from making statements on behalf of Brand.
4.5 All promotional content must comply with applicable advertising laws and regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Brand grants Affiliate a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our trademarks, logos, and promotional materials for the sole purpose of promoting the brand’s products within the context of the affiliate program.
5.2 Affiliate must not alter or modify any of Brand’s trademarks, logos, or promotional materials in any way without prior written consent.
6. Termination
6.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party 30 days written notice of termination.
6.2 Upon termination of this agreement, Affiliate’s commission will be paid out up to the termination date. Any usage of the affiliate discount link after termination will not be eligible for commission under this agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Brand will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.
8. Amendments
8.1 Brand reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Brand will notify Affiliate of any changes by posting the new terms and conditions on the Clean Simple Eats website. Affiliate’s continued participation in the program following the posting of the changes constitutes Affiliates acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
9.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
10.2 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Brand and Affiliate regarding the affiliate program and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
By joining the Clean Simple Eats Affiliate Program, Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
