Trask Affiliate Program AgreementThis Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Trask, a modern toothbrush company (“Company”), and the affiliate (“Affiliate”) who agrees to promote Company’s products through their unique affiliate link.1. Enrollment in the Program* To become an affiliate of Trask, the Affiliate must complete and submit an application through the Company’s affiliate platform.* The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.2. Commission Structure* Affiliates will earn a commission on sales generated through their unique affiliate link.* The commission rate is 15% of the total sale value, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and discounts.* Share A Sale pays out commissions on the 20th of each month for the previous month’s earnings. If the 20th falls on a weekend, payments are sent out on the following Monday. Affiliates can specify how they want to receive their payments when they sign up.3. Responsibilities of the Affiliate* The Affiliate agrees to use only ethical marketing practices that comply with all applicable laws and regulations.* Affiliates are prohibited from using misleading or deceptive marketing tactics, including but not limited to false advertising or unauthorized use of Trask branding.* The Affiliate may not purchase Trask products through their own affiliate link to receive a commission.4. Promotional Materials* Trask will provide the Affiliate with necessary promotional materials, including banners, text links, and images.* The Affiliate may not modify any provided materials without prior written consent from the Company.5. Prohibited Activities* Affiliates may not engage in activities that could harm the reputation of Trask, such as promoting the products on websites with offensive or inappropriate content.* Affiliates may not use spam or unsolicited messages for promotion.* Any paid advertisements, including but not limited to social media ads, must be pre-approved by Trask.6. Tracking & Reporting* The Company will track sales generated by the Affiliate using the Affiliate’s unique link and will provide access to a dashboard where the Affiliate can view their performance.* The Company is not responsible for tracking errors or technical issues that result in lost or misattributed sales.7. Term and Termination* This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party.* The Affiliate or the Company may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason by providing [insert notice period] days’ written notice.* If the Affiliate is found in violation of this Agreement, Trask reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate’s account immediately without notice and withhold any unpaid commissions.8. Confidentiality* The Affiliate agrees to keep all information related to Trask’s affiliate program, including but not limited to commission rates and proprietary materials, confidential and not disclose such information to any third parties.9. Limitation of Liability* Trask will not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising out of the Affiliate’s participation in the program.10. Governing Law* This Agreement will be governed by the laws of South Carolina, US. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.11. Changes to the Agreement* Trask reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.12.
