Damonza Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Participation Requirements
To join the Damonza affiliate program, affiliates must operate a website, blog, or social media platform relevant to our services and audience. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and Damonza reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.
2. Affiliate Commissions
Affiliates will earn commissions on referred sales that result in a completed transaction. The commission rates and structure will be communicated upon acceptance into the program and may vary based on promotional campaigns or special offers. Commissions are calculated based on the net sales amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and any refunds or chargebacks.
3. Payment Terms
Commissions will be paid out on a regular basis, typically monthly, once a minimum payout threshold has been reached. If the affiliate's earned commissions do not meet this threshold, the balance will roll over to the next payment period. Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal, and affiliates are responsible for any transaction fees incurred.
4. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not purchase or license any domain names similar to Damonza.com. Affiliates may not use a subdomain like Damonza or similar. Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Damonza brand keywords in paid search marketing, including but not limited to Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and social media advertising. Affiliates may not use spam, incentivized clicks, or any other fraudulent or misleading practices to generate sales. Any violation of these terms may result in termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.
5. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may use approved banners, links, and promotional materials provided by Damonza. Any additional creative or promotional content must be pre-approved by Damonza. Affiliates must not make false claims or misleading statements about Damonza’s services or pricing.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, the affiliate will no longer have access to Damonza's promotional materials and will cease promoting Damonza services. Any outstanding commissions owed to the affiliate will be paid out according to the standard payment schedule.
7. Liability
Damonza is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the affiliate program, including loss of revenue, profits, or data. Damonza's total liability will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the affiliate under this agreement.
8. Amendments
Damonza reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes arising under it will be resolved in the competent courts of New Zealand.
These terms are designed to protect both Damonza and its affiliates, ensuring a fair and successful partnership. By joining the Damonza affiliate program, you agree to adhere to these guidelines and work together with us to promote our services effectively.
