Affiliates are not permitted to bid on brand terms for Maison Balzac. Affiliates should add the brand term as a negative term on exact, phrase and broad match.
Exclusions
- Voucher code and cashback sites are currently not allowed on the programme. In addition, any affiliates found to be using voucher codes on their sites to promote and drive visitors to the Maison Balzac site without the voucher being authorised by Maison Balzac may be placed under review.
- Transactions that are fraudulent, suspicious or contravene any of the terms and conditions set out by Maison Balzac on the programme may be subject to cancellation or reversal.
Content Standards
Your content must comply with the content standards set out in this clause. You will be liable to us and must indemnify us for any breach of that obligation. This means that you will be responsible for any loss or damage that we suffer as a result of your breach of this obligation (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs). - be likely to deceive any person;
- breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty;
- constitute negligent advice or contain any negligent statement;
- promote any illegal content or activity;
- be in contempt of court or in breach of any court order;
- consist of or contain any instructions, advice or other information which may be acted upon and could, if acted upon, cause illness, injury or death, or any other loss or damage;
- contain any material that is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libellous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership, company or corporation;
- be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or unduly annoy any other person;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;
- advocate, promote, incite any party to commit, or assist any unlawful or criminal act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse;
- contain a statement which you know or believe, or have reasonable grounds for believing, that members of the public to whom the statement is, or is to be, published are likely to understand as a direct or indirect encouragement or other inducement to the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism; or
- contain any advertising or promote any services or web links to other sites.
- We have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who claims that any content posted or uploaded by you to our Sites constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, their right to privacy or any other legal rights.
- We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to breaches of these content standards.
- You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your content.
