Monk is an innovative health tech company specialising in cold water therapy through our flagship product—the world's first smart ice bath. As an affiliate, you have the opportunity to earn commissions by promoting our products through your unique affiliate channels.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Monk Affiliate Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid Awin account.
- Own or operate a website, blog, social media page, or other platform suitable for promoting Monk’s products.
Monk reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a commission either a value in GBP£ or $USD or a % per sale for each order successfully placed through their unique affiliate link. Commissions are based on the total sale amount excluding VAT (UK) or Tax (US) but excluding shipping costs, and any discounts applied.
4. Payment Terms
- Commissions are tracked and managed through the Awin platform.
- Payments are made by Awin according to their payment schedule and terms. Affiliates must ensure their payment details are up to date on Awin to receive payments.
- Monk reserves the right to adjust or withhold commission payments in cases of fraudulent activity, returns, or cancellations.
5. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote Monk products in a legal, ethical, and honest manner.
- Avoid false, misleading, or unapproved claims about Monk products.
- Refrain from bidding on Monk-branded keywords, including but not limited to "Monk ice bath," "Monk cold water therapy," etc., in any paid search campaigns.
- Not use your affiliate link to make purchases on behalf of customers or yourself for the purpose of earning commissions.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any activity that is harmful to Monk’s reputation or brand. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Spamming, misleading advertisements, or pop-ups.
- Misrepresenting the Monk brand or products.
- Creating websites or social media pages that imitate Monk’s official pages.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
7. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Monk’s trademarks, logos, and banners provided via the Awin platform solely for the purpose of promoting Monk products. Affiliates may not modify Monk’s intellectual property without written consent from Monk.
8. Termination
Monk reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you will cease to use all promotional materials and links provided by Monk and Awin. Any outstanding commissions earned before termination will be paid according to Awin’s payment schedule.
9. Liability and Indemnification
Monk will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this program or your participation in it. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monk from any and all claims, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) related to your participation in the program.
10. Modification of Terms
Monk reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program after any such changes constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
