Just Chill Gummies Affiliate Program Agreement
This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Just Chill Gummies (“Company”), and the affiliate (“Affiliate”) who completes the online application to participate in the Just Chill Gummies Affiliate Program.
1. Enrollment in the Program
To begin the enrollment process, Affiliate will submit a complete program application via the ShareASale website. The Company will evaluate the application and notify Affiliate of its acceptance or rejection. The Company may reject an application if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Affiliate is unsuitable for the Program.
2. Promotion of Products
Once approved, Affiliate will receive a unique Affiliate link and may promote the Company’s products on their website, blog, social media, or other marketing channels. The Affiliate link will track all sales generated from Affiliate’s marketing efforts.
3. Commission and Payment
Commission Rate: Affiliate will earn a commission of 25% on all qualifying sales made using the Affiliate link.
4. Responsibilities of Affiliate
• Compliance: Affiliate agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the terms of this Agreement.
• Marketing Practices: Affiliate will not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices, including but not limited to spamming, false advertising, or unauthorized use of the Company’s intellectual property.
• Content: All promotional content created by Affiliate must be approved by the Company before publication.
5. Term and Termination
• Term: This Agreement will begin upon the Company’s acceptance of the Affiliate’s application and will continue until terminated by either party.
• Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, Affiliate will immediately cease all use of and delete the Affiliate link and any other materials provided by the Company.
6. Confidentiality
Affiliate agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information disclosed by the Company, including but not limited to business practices, pricing, and customer information.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program, including but not limited to loss of revenue or profits.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Tennessee.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, and communications.
10. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Affiliate will be notified of any changes and continued participation in the Affiliate Program will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
By participating in the Just Chill Gummies Affiliate Program, Affiliate agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
