Terms & Conditions:
1. Marketing Consent:
Acceptance into the programme does not grant permission to start marketing. All marketing, ad copy, images, videos, platforms, audiences, and promotions must be approved in writing by Fourth Frontier before use.
2. Commission & Breach
- Commissions may be declined, reversed, or reclaimed if terms are breached.
- Commissions may also be voided if the transaction originates from other marketing sources (e.g., FB ads, Inside Sales) where the lead did not come directly from the creator’s link, profile, blog, video, or article but uses the creator’s affiliate code.

- Affiliates are responsible for any actions by third parties they work with.
3. Exclusions
- No commission is provided for certain SKUs, including Chest Straps, HRM Sports Bras, and other specified products.
4. Standards & Prohibited Practices
- All marketing must meet Fourth Frontier’s standards.
- Prohibited: bots, fraudulent activity, unapproved cashback/coupons, or paid search on brand terms without consent.
- GDPR compliance is mandatory for email marketing.
5. Asset Approval & Campaign Transparency
- All creative assets and campaigns must be approved before publishing.
- Display ads, retargeting, comparison sites, or shopping campaigns require prior written consent and full transparency on targeting.
6. Samples & Incentives
- Products or samples must be promoted positively within 14 days of accepting the affiliate in the program.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes over any transactions require written evidence within 5 working days; all decisions by Fourth Frontier are final.
8. General Compliance
- Written consent must be obtained for each marketing instance.
- Any ambiguities should be clarified with Fourth Frontier before starting activity.
