Hemlock Park Affiliate Program Terms
We're excited to partner with thoughtful content creators who share our appreciation for home, lifestyle, and natural living. Our affiliate program is designed to reward partners who authentically introduce new customers to Hemlock Park.
Accepted Publishers This program is open to editorial content publishers, lifestyle bloggers, and social content creators only. We manually review all applications. Publishers operating coupon, discount code, cashback, loyalty, incentive, sub-network, direct linking, or paid search platforms are not eligible and applications will be declined. Existing partnerships with ineligible publisher types are subject to immediate termination.
Commission Structure Affiliates earn commission on eligible purchases generated through their unique affiliate link.
Commissions are calculated on the net merchandise value paid via cash, excluding:
- Gift cards
- Store credit or promotional credit
- Taxes
- Shipping fees
- Returns or refunded items
Tracking & Attribution Hemlock Park uses a 30-day cookie window. Any qualifying purchase completed within 30 days of a customer clicking your affiliate link will be attributed to you, provided no other marketing channel overrides attribution.
Gift Cards The purchase of gift cards is not commissionable. Orders where a gift card or store credit is redeemed may earn commission only on the portion of the order paid via cash, at Hemlock Park's discretion.
Brand Bidding Prohibition Publishers may not bid on branded keywords including "Hemlock Park," "hemlockpark.com," or any variation thereof on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or any paid search platform. This prohibition applies to exact, phrase, and broad match keyword targeting. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination without notice and forfeiture of all pending and unpaid commissions.
Content Standards Publishers must represent Hemlock Park products accurately and in alignment with provided program materials. The following claims are not authorized in any affiliate content: organic, non-toxic, pure, 100%, synthetic-free, paraffin-free, chemical-free, or carbon neutral. Publishers found using unauthorized claims will be required to correct content within 7 days of notification or face termination.
Eligibility & Compliance Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations, including FTC disclosure requirements. Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, cookie stuffing, or any attempt to manipulate tracking or commissions are not permitted. Hemlock Park reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions for transactions that are canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.
Program Integrity We value long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships and reserve the right to review affiliate activity to ensure alignment with our brand values and program guidelines. Hemlock Park reserves the right to terminate any partnership at any time for conduct inconsistent with our program terms.
