Program Terms

These guidelines are provided to ensure that Zatik Inc.'s brand is represented consistently and accurately across all promotional materials and campaigns executed by affiliates within the Awin platform. By participating in the Zatik Affiliate Program, you agree to adhere to the following branding rules and policies.

1. Zatik’s Brand Identity

Zatik is a premium skincare brand that focuses on natural, sustainable ingredients to deliver high-quality products. Our mission is to empower individuals with products that enhance well-being while being gentle on the environment. It is important that Zatik is presented in a way that reflects these core values.

Brand Essence:

Natural. Pure. Sustainable.

Focus on plant-based ingredients and eco-conscious practices.

Emphasize clean beauty and holistic wellness.

2. Authorized Brand Usage

Affiliates may use the Zatik name, logo, and other brand assets only in the following ways:

Website and Social Media: Affiliates may use Zatik's name and logo on their websites, blogs, social media accounts, and other online platforms that promote Zatik products.

Affiliate Links: Affiliates must ensure that Zatik's official affiliate links provided through Awin are used on all promotional pages and ads.

Promotional Materials: Affiliates can use the banners, product images, and copy provided by Zatik through Awin’s platform. Any modifications or creative alterations require prior written approval from Zatik Inc.

3. Logo Usage

Primary Logo: Zatik’s primary logo should always appear in its original form without distortion or alteration.

Clear Space: Always ensure there is sufficient clear space around the logo so that it remains legible and prominent. This clear space should be no less than the height of the "Z" in the logo.

Color Variations: Zatik’s logo is available in color, black, and white versions. Use the appropriate color variation depending on the background. For dark backgrounds, use the white logo. For light backgrounds, use the color version or black logo.

Prohibited Usage: Do not:

Alter the logo’s proportions, rotate, or change colors.

Place the logo over busy or patterned backgrounds that reduce legibility.

Use the logo in ways that imply a relationship with Zatik that doesn’t exist (e.g., using the logo in a misleading or defamatory context).

4. Brand Name and Trademarks

Zatik should always be spelled with a capital "Z" and the remaining letters in lowercase.

The brand name should never be altered, abbreviated, or combined with other words in a misleading way (e.g., "Zatik Skincare" or "Zatik Organic"). Affiliates should avoid creating any confusion about the nature of the products being promoted.

Trademarks: Any trademarked terms related to Zatik, such as product names (e.g., "Zatik Pure Argan Oil"), should be used only as part of a proper reference to the product being promoted. Do not use any Zatik trademark in a way that could confuse customers regarding the ownership or endorsement of the site or materials.

5. Content Guidelines

Affiliates are encouraged to create original content, but it must always reflect Zatik’s core brand values and aesthetic. The following content guidelines must be adhered to:

Tone and Voice: Zatik’s tone is professional, calm, and trustworthy. We use positive, clear language that speaks to consumers looking for natural, eco-friendly skincare solutions. Affiliates should avoid using overly casual or misleading language.

Images: Use only high-quality images of Zatik products and ensure that the images are clear, well-lit, and professionally presented. Images should not be modified in any way (e.g., no over-saturation or heavy filters).

Product Claims: Affiliates must not make any unauthorized health or beauty claims that are not supported by Zatik’s official marketing materials. For example, do not state that a product cures a medical condition or guarantees certain results.

Content Restrictions:

Do not create content that is misleading or offensive.

Avoid negative comparisons to competitors or other brands.

Do not place Zatik's products in any context that might be deemed controversial, inappropriate, or offensive.

6. Social Media and Influencer Guidelines

Affiliates may use social media to promote Zatik products but must follow these rules:

Hashtags: Always use appropriate hashtags such as #ZatikSkincare, #CleanBeauty, #NaturalSkincare, and others provided in the affiliate program.

Endorsements: Any paid partnerships with influencers or sponsored posts must clearly disclose that they are affiliate links. The #ad or #affiliate tag should always accompany promotional posts.

Content Approval: If using influencers, all content should be pre-approved by Zatik before publication to ensure it aligns with the brand's image and guidelines.

7. Prohibited Practices

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your affiliate relationship with Zatik:

Bid on Brand Terms in Paid Search Ads: Affiliates are not allowed to bid on Zatik's brand name (e.g., "Zatik skincare") or any variations in paid search campaigns, including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any other search engine.

Misleading Ad Copy: Affiliates may not use any language or promotional tactics that could mislead customers into thinking they are directly affiliated with Zatik, or imply that they are an official representative of the brand.

Spammy Marketing Practices: Affiliates must refrain from using spam or unethical marketing tactics like unsolicited emails, deceptive pop-ups, or misleading ad networks.

Unauthorized Discounts or Coupons: Affiliates are not allowed to offer unauthorized discounts, coupons, or promotions without prior written approval from Zatik Inc.

8. Brand Protection and Intellectual Property

Use of Zatik’s Name in Domain Names or URLs: Affiliates are not permitted to use Zatik's name or any variations of it in their domain names, social media handles, or any other online properties without written permission from Zatik Inc.

Copyright and Trademark: All materials provided by Zatik, including images, text, and logos, are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Affiliates may not use these assets for purposes other than the promotion of Zatik products through the Awin platform.

9. Consequences for Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with these branding guidelines may result in:

Immediate termination from the Zatik Affiliate Program.

Ineligibility for commissions earned through any non-compliant activities.

Legal action if necessary to protect Zatik’s brand and intellectual property.
