Tossable Digits Affiliate Program Terms (via Awin)Protected SEM Bidding Keywords
Keywords that publishers are prohibited from bidding on for search marketing campaigns.
You shall not purchase or register keywords, Pay Per Click advertising, AdWords, search terms, domain names, or other identifying terms that include the word "Tossable Digits" or certain variations and misspellings thereof for use in any search engine, portal, sponsored advertising service, or other search or referral service.
This includes:
Bidding on Tossable Digits' trademark: "Tossable Digits", and any keyword string that includes this term. For example, "Tossable Digits numbers", "Tossable Digits text", "Tossable Digits coupons", "Tossable Digits promotions", etc.
Bidding on variations of Tossable Digits' trademark: for example "TossableDigits", "TossableDigits.com", "www.TossableDigits.com", "tossable-digits", "tossable digits", "www.TosableDigits", "ww.TossableDigits.com", "tossable-digits.com", "www,TossableDigits.com", "tossable.digits", "wwwTossableDigits.com", "tossabledigits", etc.
Purchasing domain names based on TossableDigits' trademarks or variations of TossableDigits' trademark: for example, "tossabledigit.com", "TosssableDigits.com", "TossableDigys.com", "tossabledigitsnumbers.com", etc.
Purchasing Pay Per Click advertising containing TossableDigits' trademarks or variations of TossableDigits' trademark: for example, "tossabledigi.com", "tossabledigit.com", "tossabledigitsphone.com", etc.
Special Instructions for Search Marketing Publishers
These are additional usage instructions or limitations for search marketing. Advertisers may also specify any relevant sections of Special Terms and Conditions.
Affiliates should make "Tossable Digits" and all variations and misspellings a negative keyword in all campaigns across all engines.
Blackhat SEO tactics such as link farming, keyword stuffing, and cloaking pages will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to terminate our relationship with and revoke the commissions of any affiliates found to be using these SEO techniques.
Unacceptable Websites
Types of website content that will not be accepted into the affiliate program.
We reserve the right to refuse any application, especially if the site or e-mail list contains objectionable material, participates in unsolicited e-mailing, or violates the Awin Publisher Service Agreement.
While sub-affiliates are permitted, they must also adhere to all of the conditions listed within these terms.
Use of Logos and Trademarks in Websites
Usage guidelines as they relate to the use of advertisers' trademarks and/or logos in ad copy and website content.
Using Tossable Digits' logos, creative, or any other copyrighted material without the permission of Tossable Digits is explicitly prohibited. This includes using our logos and trademarks for promotions on websites like Facebook, Twitter, or Google+.
This does not include product links and creatives available through Awin.
Coupons and Promotional Codes
Publishers may only use coupons and promotional codes that are provided exclusively through the Awin affiliate program.
Non-Commissionable Items
Products or services that will not qualify for publisher commissions (gift cards, gift wrapping).
We do not pay commissions on gift cards and reserve the right to reverse commissions earned from the purchase of a gift card. This does not include items that are purchased with a gift card.

Commissioned sales are for business-to-consumer users only.
US/Canadian Publishers may not engage in, endorse, or receive commission credit for suspected or known freight forwarding or reselling activities.
