By signing up for the Aaria London Affiliate Program on AWIN, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a successful and fair partnership.
1. Program Eligibility
- Affiliates must operate a legitimate website, blog, social media profile, or email marketing list.
- Publishers engaging in illegal, offensive, or deceptive marketing practices will be disqualified.
- Aaria London reserves the right to approve or decline any affiliate application at its discretion.
2. Commissions & Payouts
- Affiliates earn up to 5% commission on approved sales.
- The commission applies to valid, completed purchases only. Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions are not eligible.
- Payouts are processed through AWIN, according to their payment terms.
- Affiliates must not engage in self-referrals to earn commissions.
3. Cookie Duration
- The affiliate tracking cookie lasts for 30 days. Sales made within this period will be credited to the referring affiliate.
- If a customer uses multiple affiliate links, the last-click attribution model applies.
4. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must NOT:
- Engage in false advertising, misleading claims, or spammy promotional tactics.
- Use Aaria London’s brand name, trademarks, or misspellings in domain names, social media handles, or PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns without prior approval.
- Promote discounts, coupon codes, or special offers that have not been explicitly provided by Aaria London.
- Use cookie stuffing, link cloaking, or any fraudulent tracking techniques.
5. Use of Marketing Materials
- Affiliates are encouraged to use the approved banners, images, and promotional content provided through AWIN.
- Affiliates must not alter official marketing materials or misrepresent Aaria London’s brand, products, or policies.
6. PPC & Paid Advertising Policy
- Direct linking to Aaria London’s website via PPC campaigns is strictly prohibited.
- Bidding on branded terms, including "Aaria London" and variations, is not allowed.
- Affiliates must not compete with Aaria London’s own paid advertising campaigns.
7. Content & Ethical Marketing
- Affiliates must maintain ethical marketing practices and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Promotions should be authentic and aligned with Aaria London’s brand values.
- Affiliates must disclose affiliate relationships in compliance with advertising and consumer protection regulations.
8. Program Termination & Modifications
- Aaria London reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms.
- We may modify commission rates, program terms, or promotional materials at any time, with notice provided via AWIN.
- Affiliates who fail to generate any sales for three consecutive months may be subject to removal.
9. Liability Disclaimer
- Aaria London is not responsible for any technical errors, tracking failures, or commission disputes caused by third-party platforms.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the affiliate program at our discretion.
