Commission Structure: - Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made by customers referred through their unique affiliate links. - Commission rates and structures will be outlined in the affiliate agreement. - Commissions are subject to change at the discretion of Dakota Lithium.4. Promotion Guidelines: - Affiliates are encouraged to promote our products or services in a genuine and ethical manner. - Affiliates must accurately represent our brand and refrain from making misleading claims or false promises. - All promotional materials, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, and advertisements, must comply with applicable laws and regulations.5. Prohibited Activities:Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in the following activities: - Spamming or sending unsolicited emails. - Using unethical or black-hat SEO techniques. - Bidding on our trademarked terms for paid search advertising. - Promoting violence, discrimination, or illegal activities. - Creating content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.6. Affiliate Obligations: - Affiliates must maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information in their affiliate account. - Affiliates are responsible for monitoring their affiliate links and ensuring they are functioning properly. - Affiliates must promptly respond to any communications from our affiliate management team.7. Termination of Agreement: - Dakota Lithium reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement at any time for any reason. - Affiliates may also request to terminate their participation in the program by providing written notice to Dakota Lithium.8. Modification of Policies: - Dakota Lithium reserves the right to modify these affiliate program policies at any time. - Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate portal.9. Dispute Resolution: - Any disputes or disagreements arising from the affiliate agreement will be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.10. Governing Law: - The affiliate agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Seattle, Washington.11.
