Participation
To join the https://www.ulanzi.de/ Partner Program, the partner application form must be completed and submitted to https://www.ulanzi.de/.
All applicants, once approved, are immediately eligible to participate in the https://www.ulanzi.de/ Partner Referral Program.
However, participation is subject to ongoing, regular review by https://www.ulanzi.de/ and may be revoked at any time without prior notice.
Participation may be suspended or terminated if we (at our sole discretion) determine that your website is unsuitable for the program.
Unsuitable websites include, but are not limited to, those that:
- 1. Promote illegal activities
- 2. Display sexually explicit material
- 3. Advocate violence
- 4. Promote discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
- 5. Infringe on intellectual property rights
- 6. Are otherwise deemed incompatible with the best interests of https://www.ulanzi.de/
This agreement applies only to partner websites that are owned and managed by the partner, as stated in the application form.
Prohibited Practices:
- 1. Affiliate referral links for https://www.ulanzi.de/ must not be placed on websites not registered with https://www.ulanzi.de/.
2. It is not permitted to use domains containing the brand name.
3. It is not permitted to use the brand name in a subdomain on the publisher’s own domain.
4. It is not permitted to bid on the brand name (including misspellings and variations) in AdWords, adCenter, etc.
