1. Commission Structure

Standard Commission: 5% on net sales (excluding shipping, VAT, and returns).

Cookie Duration: 30 days.

Validation Period: Transactions will be validated within 30 days after order completion.

Exclusions: Canceled, returned, or fraudulent orders will not be commissioned.

2. Traffic & Promotional Methods

We welcome a wide range of promotional methods; however, affiliates must strictly comply with the following rules.

✅ Allowed:

Content sites, blogs, forums, and social media promotions.

Voucher and coupon sites (only official codes provided by 42Lolita are commissionable).

Paid search (PPC brand bidding NOT allowed; see Section 7).

❌ Prohibited:

Cashback and incentive sites.

Email marketing and newsletter promotions.

Direct brand keyword bidding or “brand + coupon/discount” combinations on search engines.

Misleading, deceptive, or exaggerated promotional claims.

Any incentivized traffic that misrepresents the brand.

Unauthorized use of our logo, creatives, or copyrighted content.

3. Creative & Product Feeds

Affiliates are encouraged to use the official creatives (banners, text links, and visuals) provided in the Awin interface.
Product feeds are updated regularly and may be used for content creation or product comparison purposes.

4. Voucher & Discount Policy

Only official vouchers or discount codes issued by 42Lolita are commissionable.

Use of unauthorized or expired voucher codes will result in declined commissions.

5. Geo & Target Market

42Lolita accepts customers worldwide.

Primary shipping regions: USA, Canada, UK, and Europe.

6. Paid Search (PPC) Policy

Paid search and PPC bidding activities are strictly prohibited under this program.
Affiliates are not permitted to:

Bid on brand terms such as “42Lolita,” “42 Lolita,” or any close variations/misspellings.

Bid on combinations like “42Lolita coupon,” “42Lolita sale,” or similar search terms.

Use the brand name in display URLs, ad titles, or ad copy.

Circumvent PPC restrictions through indirect or partner accounts.

Violations of this policy will result in immediate commission reversal and possible program removal.

7. Additional Notes

42Lolita reviews affiliate applications regularly and reserves the right to reject or remove partners not aligned with our brand image or promotional ethics.

Repeated non-compliance or fraudulent activity will result in permanent suspension from the program.
