Program Terms

1) General

abcFlora Affiliate Programme Terms abcFlora welcomes high-quality publishers whose promotional methods align with our brand and compliance standards. All publishers must comply with applicable laws, advertising rules, and Awin network policies. Transactions will only be approved where tracking is valid and the publisher has followed the programme terms. abcFlora reserves the right to decline or remove publishers, reject commissions for non-compliant activity, and update programme terms at any time. Promotional methods that are misleading, deceptive, spam-based, or harmful to the abcFlora brand are not permitted. ---

2) PPC

Publishers may promote abcFlora through non-brand paid search only, subject to prior approval where required and full compliance with programme terms. Publishers may not bid on the abcFlora brand name, brand variations, misspellings, or brand-plus terms. Publishers may not use the abcFlora brand in ad copy, display URLs, or misleading landing pages. Brand terms must be added as negative keywords. Shopping ads, trademark bidding, and any paid search activity that creates confusion around the abcFlora brand may be declined or deemed ineligible for commission unless expressly approved in writing. ---

 

3) Transactions

Commissions are payable on valid, tracked, completed transactions only. Cancelled orders, refunded orders, duplicate transactions, fraudulent transactions, self-referrals, test transactions, and transactions generated through non-compliant promotional methods are not eligible for commission. abcFlora reserves the right to review, amend, decline, or reverse transactions where necessary to maintain programme integrity. Transaction approval may be subject to return periods, fraud checks, and internal validation processes. ---

4) Branding

Publishers must represent abcFlora accurately and professionally at all times. Outdated claims, misleading discounts, false delivery promises, unauthorized offers, or unapproved use of brand assets are not permitted. Publishers may not create the impression that they are acting on behalf of abcFlora or impersonate the brand in domains, social profiles, ads, or content. Any use of logos, creative assets, or promotional messaging should remain consistent with the abcFlora brand and current programme materials. ---

5) Commission

Commission is paid according to the rates shown within the programme and may vary by publisher type, promotion method, product mix, or commercial agreement. abcFlora reserves the right to update commission rates, introduce tiered structures, pause commission on selected publisher types, or run temporary promotional increases at its discretion. Commission is only payable on eligible transactions that comply with all programme terms and Awin policies. ---

 

6) Notice Periods

abcFlora may update programme terms, commission rates, publisher eligibility, and promotional policies at any time. Where appropriate, changes will be communicated through the Awin platform or direct programme communication. Continued participation in the programme following any update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. ---

7) Publishers

abcFlora welcomes content publishers, editorial partners, loyalty and cashback partners, comparison sites, media partners, and selected voucher partners whose traffic sources and promotional methods are transparent and compliant. We reserve the right to approve or reject any publisher application at our sole discretion. Publishers using spam, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, adware, misleading claims, unauthorized PPC, or other low-quality or non-compliant methods may be removed from the programme and may forfeit commission. ---

8) De-Duplication

Where multiple marketing channels contribute to the same sale, commission eligibility may be determined using abcFlora’s attribution and de-duplication rules. abcFlora reserves the right to withhold or adjust affiliate commission where another approved channel has already been credited under the applicable attribution model. Final transaction approval remains subject to abcFlora’s internal validation and attribution policies.
