Clear Drop Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Clear Drop Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated through the Awin network. By applying to and participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following:
1. Enrollment in the Program
1.1 Participation in the Program is subject to approval by Clear Drop.
1.2 Clear Drop reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
1.3 Affiliates must comply with Awin’s policies and all applicable laws in their promotional activities.
2. Commission Structure
2.1 Affiliates earn commission on qualifying purchases tracked through Awin-provided links.
2.2 Standart commission rate is 15%. It applies on $200 SPC deposit, full price for OC. It doesn't apply on consumables (filters, mailers).
2.3 Clear Drop may adjust commission tiers or rates at any time with notice via Awin.
3. Qualifying Purchases
A qualifying purchase is a transaction that:
• Is completed and fully paid
• Is not cancelled
• Is not refunded within the return window Clear Drop provides customers a 30-day return period. Commissions are approved only after this period has passed.
4. Non-Qualifying Transactions
The following do not earn commission:
• Cancelled orders
• Returned products
• Fraudulent or high-risk orders
• Personal orders or self-referrals
• Orders without valid Awin tracking
5. Payment of Commissions
5.1 All approved commissions are paid directly via Awin according to their payout schedule.
5.2 Clear Drop is not responsible for delays caused by Awin.
5.3 Pending commissions remain unpayable until the 30-day return period is complete.
6. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to promote Clear Drop ethically and accurately.
They may not:
• Make misleading or false product claims
• Promote Clear Drop through deceptive practices
• Bid on Clear Drop trademarks in paid search without approval
• Use unauthorized discount codes or promotions Content may be reviewed for compliance.
7. Intellectual Property
Clear Drop grants Affiliates limited permission to use approved brand assets solely for promotional activities under this Program.
Unauthorized or inappropriate use may result in immediate removal.
8. Termination
Clear Drop may suspend or terminate participation at any time due to:
• Violation of these Terms
• Low-quality or non-compliant traffic
• Fraud or abuse
If violations are confirmed, pending commissions may be voided.
9. Program Modifications
Clear Drop may modify these Terms, commission structure, or program rules at any time via updates in Awin.
10. Liability
Clear Drop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clear Drop operates.
