1. Affiliate Approval and Account Setup

Upon registration, affiliates must be approved by Rapoo’s affiliate management team before any commission payments can be made.

Affiliates are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information for account setup, including tax and payment details.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a commission based on sales generated through the affiliate’s unique tracking link.

Commission rates may vary based on product categories and special promotional offers. Please refer to your affiliate dashboard for specific rates.

Commissions will be calculated and paid on a monthly basis, subject to meeting the minimum payout threshold.

3. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must use provided marketing assets (e.g., banners, text links, product feeds) and ensure that they are aligned with Rapoo’s brand guidelines.

Any promotional content must not mislead or make false claims about Rapoo products.

Affiliates are prohibited from using paid search advertising (including but not limited to Google Ads) that targets Rapoo’s brand name or trademarks unless explicitly authorized by Rapoo.

4. Tracking and Reporting

Affiliates are required to ensure that their tracking links are properly implemented on their website or platform.

Any issues related to tracking should be reported immediately to the Rapoo affiliate management team.

Rapoo reserves the right to audit affiliate accounts to ensure compliance with tracking and reporting standards.

5. Payment Terms

Payments will be made on a monthly basis, typically within 30 days after the end of the month, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold.

Payment methods include bank transfer or PayPal, as per the affiliate’s preference.

6. Prohibited Practices

Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent activities or “cookie stuffing.”

The use of misleading or offensive content that could damage Rapoo’s reputation is strictly prohibited.

Affiliates may not engage in any form of unsolicited email marketing (spam) or social media tactics that violate applicable laws.

7. Termination and Program Changes

Rapoo reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time if the affiliate is found to be in violation of the program’s terms and conditions.

Rapoo may modify the terms and conditions of the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any major changes.

8. Liability

Affiliates acknowledge that they are responsible for any taxes or legal obligations associated with their earnings.

Rapoo is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the affiliate’s promotion or use of the Rapoo brand or products.
