📝 RockVine Affiliate Program – General Terms & Conditions
1. Commission Structure
Commission Rate: £15 per qualified lead.
A qualified lead is defined as a completed quotation enquiry form submitted via the RockVine website, properly tracked through your Awin affiliate link, and verified as genuine by our team.
Leads are manually reviewed by RockVine to ensure they represent legitimate potential customers actively seeking a bespoke table or surface solution.
2. Lead Qualification Criteria
A lead will be considered qualified only if all of the following conditions are met:
The user completes and submits RockVine’s official quotation enquiry form via the website.
The submission is correctly tracked through your Awin affiliate link and is not a duplicate of a previously submitted lead.
The contact details provided (email and phone number) are valid and contactable.
The user responds to RockVine’s initial contact attempts and confirms they are genuinely considering a bespoke table, surface, or similar project.
The enquiry relates to a project or purchase within the United Kingdom and aligns with RockVine’s typical client profile (usually projects valued from £2,000 to £10,000+).
❌ Commission will not be paid for:
Duplicate leads (same person/email/contact already submitted)
Incomplete, fake, or unverifiable submissions
Unresponsive leads that cannot be contacted
Test, internal, or non-consumer submissions
Enquiries outside our target market (e.g., non-UK, low-value, irrelevant requests)
3. Validation & Payment Process
We aim to review and validate leads within 14 days of submission — though most are processed sooner. Once validated:
Commission will be authorised immediately, typically within 7 days of validation.
All commissions are paid via the Awin platform in accordance with Awin’s invoicing and settlement cycles.
Validation & Payment Timeline:
| Stage | Timeframe |
|---|
| Lead submitted via affiliate link | Day 0 |
|---|
| RockVine reviews and contacts lead | Day 1–5 |
|---|
| Lead validated as genuine | Day 2–14 |
|---|
| Commission authorised & paid | Within 7 days of validation |

4. Tracking & Attribution
Affiliates must use the correct Awin tracking links. Any modification or misuse that breaks tracking may result in non-payment.
RockVine supports standard Awin click-through tracking and server-to-server postback methods for improved reliability.
We use a 30-day cookie window. Leads submitted within 30 days of the original tracked click will be attributed to the referring affiliate.
In cases of multiple referrals, standard Awin last-click attribution applies, and deduplication may occur.
If a lead is believed to have tracked incorrectly, affiliates may submit a “claimed action” request for review in accordance with Awin policies.
5. Fraud, Invalid Activity & Clawbacks
RockVine reserves the right to withhold or reverse commission for any leads deemed fraudulent, duplicate, or unverifiable — even after initial approval.
Fraudulent activity includes (but is not limited to): use of bots, fake data entry, incentivised or forced sign-ups (unless pre-approved), cookie stuffing, and domain masking.
Affiliates found engaging in fraudulent or non-compliant activity may be suspended or removed from the program.
6. Prohibited Practices
To protect program integrity, the following practices are strictly prohibited:
Brand bidding or use of RockVine’s trademark terms in PPC without written consent
Cookie stuffing, forced redirects, or domain masking
Use of RockVine’s name, branding, or imagery in a way that misleads or misrepresents the business
Misrepresentation of RockVine’s pricing, offers, or products
Use of incentive schemes, competitions, or giveaways to generate leads without prior approval
Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
7. Quality Control & Performance Standards
Affiliates with excessive lead rejection rates (e.g. more than 30% of submitted leads) may be paused or removed from the program.
RockVine reviews affiliate performance regularly and may request additional information about traffic sources if quality concerns arise.
Affiliates should focus on driving high-intent traffic likely to convert into genuine enquiries.
8. Geographic & Traffic Restrictions
Only enquiries from users located in the United Kingdom are eligible for commission unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Traffic originating from prohibited countries or low-quality traffic networks may be rejected.
9. Program Changes, Termination & Notice
RockVine reserves the right to change commission rates, validation periods, or lead qualification criteria. Affiliates will receive at least 30 days’ notice of any material change.
Either party may terminate participation in the program with 14 days’ written notice.
RockVine reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliates for breaches of these terms or Awin’s policies.
In the event of termination, any validated leads prior to termination will still be paid in full.
10. Data Protection & Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all relevant data protection laws, including GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act.
Consent for cookies, tracking, and data processing must be obtained from users where required.
Affiliates must comply with ASA/CAP advertising standards and must clearly disclose affiliate relationships in promotional content.
11. Intellectual Property & Creative Use
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use RockVine logos, images, text, and creatives solely for the purpose of promoting this program.
All creatives must be used as supplied and not altered without written permission.
Upon termination of the program or partnership, affiliates must immediately cease using all RockVine intellectual property.
12. Reporting, Transparency & Disputes
Affiliates will have full visibility of performance data (clicks, leads, approvals, commissions) via their Awin dashboard.
If you believe a lead was incorrectly rejected, you may contact us within 30 days of the decision for review.
RockVine will review disputes in good faith and provide evidence (e.g. contact logs, validation notes) where possible.
13. Payment Terms & Invoicing
Commission payments will be processed through Awin in accordance with their standard invoicing cycles.
All payments are made exclusive of VAT unless otherwise required by law.
If a lead is later reversed due to fraud, cancellation, or invalidity, RockVine reserves the right to adjust or reclaim the associated commission.
14. Liability & Indemnification
RockVine’s liability in relation to the affiliate program is limited to the amount of commissions due for validated leads.
Affiliates agree to indemnify RockVine against any losses, damages, or legal claims arising from their breach of these terms or misuse of the program.
15. Confidentiality
All program details, commission structures, and performance data are considered confidential and must not be shared publicly or with third parties without prior written consent.
16. Onboarding & Approval
New affiliate applications are subject to review. We may request information such as website URLs, audience demographics, or traffic sources before approval.
Most applications are reviewed within 1–3 business days.
RockVine reserves the right to decline or remove affiliates at its discretion.
“RockVine is committed to maintaining a stable and transparent commission structure. Our standard £15 commission per qualified lead is designed for long-term consistency. Should we ever need to adjust this, we will notify all publishers at least 30 days in advance and ensure the payout remains competitive and fair. We do not intend to reduce commissions below £10 per lead without prior consultation.”
✅ By participating in the RockVine Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these terms, Awin’s platform policies, and all applicable laws and regulations.
