General Terms and Conditions for Joydeco Affiliate Program

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation as an Affiliate in the Joydeco Affiliate Program operated by Joydeco. By applying to and participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Program Enrollment
Affiliates must apply and be approved by Joydeco before gaining access to promotional materials and Tracking Links.
We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.
2. Commission Structure
Qualifying Sale: A "Qualifying Sale" occurs when a customer (i) clicks your unique Tracking Link, (ii) completes a purchase on the Joydeco website within a 30-day cookie window, (iii) pays in full, and (iv) does not request a refund within the standard refund period.
Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a commission of 15% on the net value of each Qualifying Sale.
3. Affiliate Obligations & Prohibited Activities
Affiliates agree NOT to engage in the following activities:
Brand Bidding: Purchasing paid search ads (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) using Joydeco trademarks, brand names, variations, or misspellings (e.g., "Joydeco," "Joydeco discount").
Misrepresentation: Misrepresenting Joydeco's products, prices, or promotions. All claims must be accurate and truthful.
Fraudulent Activity: Using any fraudulent means to generate clicks or sales (e.g., using bots, click farms, fake coupons).
Cookie Stuffing: Forcing or dropping a tracking cookie without a user's explicit consent.
Spam: Distributing unsolicited commercial emails (spam). All email marketing must comply with CAN-SPAM/GDPR regulations.
Inappropriate Content: Promoting our products on websites containing hate speech, adult content, or any illegal material.
4. Intellectual Property
Joydeco grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the trademarks, logos, and marketing materials we provide solely for the purpose of promoting our products under this Program.
This license terminates immediately upon the termination of your participation in the Program.
5. Term and Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing the other party with 7 days written notice.
Upon termination, you must immediately remove all Joydeco banners, links, and other promotional materials.
6. Liability
Joydeco will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Your Country/State.
8. Modifications
Joydeco reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
