1. General Overview
Welcome to the GOO GOO Hair Affiliate Program! We are excited to partner with you. These terms and conditions are designed to protect our brand, our customers, and our affiliate partners. By joining our program, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Commission Structure
Commission Rate: Our standard commission rate is 5% of the net sales value.
Net Sales Value: Commissions are calculated on the final order subtotal, excluding VAT/sales tax, delivery charges, and any other fees.
Cookie Duration: We operate on a [30-day] cookie window.
3. Promotional Methods
Allowed: We encourage content creators, bloggers, social media influencers, and beauty review sites. Approved promotional methods include:
Content creation (blog posts, reviews, videos)
Social media promotion (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Email marketing (must comply with all anti-spam laws)
Coupon/Voucher code sites
Cashback/Loyalty sites
Prohibited: The following promotional methods are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your partnership and forfeiture of commissions:
Branded PPC Bidding: Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any brand keywords related to "GOO GOO Hair" or any variations, misspellings, or brand + generic terms (e.g., "Goo Goo Hair coupons").
Direct-to-Site Linking: Affiliates may not send traffic directly to our website from PPC ads without a pre-landing page.
Trademark Infringement: Using our brand name, logos, or trademarks in any misleading or unauthorized manner.
False Claims: Making false or misleading claims about our products or services.
4. De-duplication Policy
Commissions are subject to de-duplication against all other marketing channels to ensure a single commission is paid per transaction. The last click wins, meaning the channel responsible for the last click before a purchase will receive the commission.
5. Payment & Validation
Commissions are validated and processed [monthly/bimonthly].
We reserve the right to decline commissions for any returned, refunded, or canceled orders.
Commissions will not be paid for fraudulent transactions.
6. Program Termination
We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate's partnership at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms and conditions.
Upon termination, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
