Peak Saunas Affiliate Terms & Conditions
• Search Engine Advertising: PPC campaigns on any search engine are strictly prohibited.
• Domain Usage: Affiliates may not buy, register, or use domains or subdomains that could mislead users into thinking they are part of the Peak Saunas brand or official website.
• Brand Impersonation: Affiliates may not create websites or landing pages that impersonate, replicate, or appear to be owned by Peak Saunas.
• Intrusive Techniques: The use of pop-ups, pop-unders, forced redirects, cookie stuffing, or any other intrusive method is strictly forbidden.
• Coupon Codes: Only official coupon codes provided by Peak Saunas (or by our affiliate team) may be promoted. Unauthorized code use will void commissions.
• Social Media: Affiliates must clearly identify themselves in any social media promotions and must not impersonate or mislead users into believing they represent Peak Saunas directly.
• Toolbars: Promotion via browser toolbars is prohibited unless expressly approved by the Peak Saunas affiliate team.
• Incentivized Traffic: Only cashback and loyalty/reward affiliates are permitted to drive incentivized traffic.
• Email Marketing: Email affiliates must receive prior approval before launching any campaigns.
• Violations: Affiliates who violate these terms may be removed from the program and forfeit commissions.
